When i decided to sell my house there was only one estate agent that i contacted Red Kite. From the first time that i met Darren i knew that he was the one to sell my house. Throughout the whole process from receiving an offer until completion i was kept fully informed of each stage and what i needed to do. Darren and his wife Hayley are a great team, and i am very thankful for all their expertise. Highly recommended.

I had my house on the market for the best part of a year with another estate agent, but unfortunately I wasn’t receiving the level of communication I felt a seller should expect. I also noticed that viewings were block-booked and limited to a maximum of 10 minutes, which didn’t feel like enough time for potential buyers to properly appreciate the property.

During this time, two houses on my street sold very quickly, with Red Kite boards moving from For Sale to SSTC in no time at all. That’s what prompted me to get in touch.

From the very first conversation, Darren was complimentary about my home and genuinely recognised the care and love I’d put into it. The difference in approach was clear, and within just two weeks I had an offer. My sale has since gone through, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Red Kite. I instructed Red Kite to sell my property a few months ago after having it on the market with a different EA with very few viewings. Darren came and valued the place and came to a sensible price that made much more sense. As soon as he stepped though the door he made a good impression, he was very friendly, enthusiastic and upbeat, and explained in plain english how we could set a realistic selling price. After a couple of weeks we already had 3 offers on the table which was fantastic. The whole process took around 4 months and I was kept updated regularly and Red Kite were always availble on the Whatsapp group, great communication and quick replies. Overall I am very pleased , they are one of if not the best estate agent I have used! Highly Recommended and many thanks for everything!

We had a great experience with Red Kite Estate Agency, they fully understood our situation a went above and beyond to get us into our chosen property despite the several constraints that cropped up during the process.

We consulted with several estate agents when we were looking to sell our house and we got very lucky with Darren and Hayley. They were amazing, talking us through every step and reassuring us when things weren't going the way we planned. I can honestly say that they made the process a lot less stressful that I thought it would be. Highly recommended, trust me, they do a great job but more importantly, they care, they cared about us and our house, we weren't just clients to them, they made us feel like long time friends.

My partner and I recently bought our first home with Red Kite estate agents and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They made the whole process so easy and kept us informed throughout. We even had weekly updates about the status of our purchase and asking if we had any queries.
After dealing with a different agency previously whereby we didn't get much communication this was a breath of fresh air and put our mind at rest.
We felt that we could contact Hayley at any time to ask her something and she would always respond quickly and we found her very approachable. We felt that no question was stupid to ask which is always a bonus as the whole process was completely new to us.
Darren was also very friendly and approachable during viewings and would answer any question that we had. He also have us time and space to view the house without him following us. He was also very accommodating with viewings and arranged these around our commitments whether this be viewings on weekends or in the evenings after work.

Red Kite estate agents definitely made our experience memorable for all the right reasons and went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Red Kite were the easy choice for us having met with 3 or 4 estate agents.
They helped us a great deal through a process that was very new to us. Photos and the draft listing were provided promptly and our property sold within 5 days, no doubt down to how well the listing presented which got them through the door. Communication from Darren and Hayley was great throughout.

First day 4 views, 4 offers, last 2 made competing increased offers and I selected the highest. It was as easy as that. My for sale sign went up last and came down first compared with my neighbour’s. What can I say about Hayley and Darren at Redkite estate agents! Absolutely fantastic 5 star service. They sold my late parents house and were so sympathetic and reassuring throughout. A few months later we sold our on house which was quite problematic. Both were extremely professional, understanding and informative throughout. Never have I had an estate agent that keeps you in the loop so much
Fees are also competitive but even if they were to be on the higher end I would pay as the service they provide is second to none
