Fast service and Quick Payment!
reDollar is definitely a company worth doing business with. The calculator was very close in estimating the purchase amount. They let me know when they received the package, had an offer within a couple of hours, and paid within minutes of me accepting the offer. $591 for old jewelry that was just sitting in a box and not worn any more. Awesome!

Customer service seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur, but not at reDollar. They responded quickly and I mailed them 2-10K class rings and a sterling silver baby cup. They offered $632.99 which I immediately accepted. As advertised, they get back to you quickly and the money was in my account the next morning. It was a wonderful experience and I will use them in the future and pass the info on to anyone who asks. Thanks to everyone who works there.

I recently received several old coins that were in poor condition and sold them to reDollar for scrap value. I must say this was the easiest such transaction I have ever experienced. I am convinced I received top dollar for the silver value and had a Zelle deposit in my account within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Gail E

This is my second reDollar experience - the first one in the spring of 2022 was a simple sterling silver flatware sale that worked out exactly as I expected and wanted which is why I chose reDollar again.

The rest of this review, and the 5 star rating, pertains to my second experience, in September of 2023 when I had purchased a metal nugget that was purported to be platinum by the eBay seller. The easy tests that I could perform myself without lab equipment suggested that any significant platinum content was doubtful. reDollar was happy to accept and evaluate my material from me in hope of giving me a purchase offer if it contained recoverable precious metal. While I was disappointed to learn that the nugget was base metal with no precious metal value I was extremely pleased with the prompt, friendly and informative service. reDollar provided my evaluation on a Monday for material received on a Friday. reDollar was also willing to store the material for a while while I worked things out with the person who sold the nugget to me and decided how and where the material would be returned. Once again, on a Friday, I contacted reDollar with shipping instructions and on Monday my item was shipped back, at my direction, to the person who sold it to me. Because the precious metal content of my item was very doubtful from the beginning I was expected to cover shipping both ways - which I agreed to in advance and consider very reasonable.

I hope to acquire marketable material in the future and when I do reDollar will be my buyer of choice. I look forward to our third experience.

sent an email inquiring about selling a piece of artwork that i have (8/31/23). they messaged back fairly quickly when it came to wanting to know the details about the artwork + sent pictures (8/31/23). received an email on 9/1/23 stating that they were going to review my information. i knew it may have took a little longer due to it being a holiday but it is now 9/5/23 & i have not heard back from them. tried calling the number on the website & kept going to voicemail. will change review to a higher rating once i receive proper correspondence from Redollar.

Super fast and professional at what they do. Paid me $392.58 for an old 10k gold class ring. Far more than what local pawn shops pay for gold. Used Zelle to deposit the money in my bank on the same day they recieved the ring.

Very easy process. I used the option to print their shipping label and within about a week the money was in my account.

This is my favorite company to work with, when it comes to selling the gold. I used this website a few times already and they are always professional and attentive, also the pay was consistently fair (they calculator is a helpful tool to know what to expect). Its the most stress free experience of selling valuables online (I tried some other companies too, but this one is by far the best).

My last encounter with them was more stressful than usual, as my package was lost by the carrier. However, Mr. Miller assisted me every step of the way. When it was confirmed that the package is lost, they paid me full amount of $595 without any hesitation.

I completed ReDollar's online form, and described in DETAIL on that form what I was going to sell to ReDollar and requested a shipping label be sent to me. After submitting the form, I received an automated email reply acknowledging receipt, and in the content of that email, ReDollar stated that a label would be sent to my email in a few minutes. I waited and received nothing. I checked my SPAM folder, nothing. I called the company several times a few days later, and no one ever answered the phone; it automatically went into voicemail every time. I left a DETAILED message and asked for a returned call. Three days later and still nothing from the company -no email reply; no returned phone call. This was my SECOND attempt in two months to sell my precious metals to ReDollar. This is also my SECOND review. ReDollar has negative reviews removed (they removed my first review), or they will reply to a negative review insinuating that the person reviewing their company is a "fake", or they'll say they have no communication record with that person. My review is not fake, trust me. This is no way to operate a business. It creates seller doubt and a lack of trust. That said, I will take my business elsewhere.
UPDATE 8/18/23 - In my review I stated I was selling to ReDollar "precious metals", which by definition (if you look it up) is as follows: gold, silver and platinum. I made it very clear in my communication with them that I was selling ONLY 14k gold. ReDollar then replies to my review implying that I was trying to sell them rocks and minerals. Really ReDollar? To anyone reading this that may be considering using this company, please be aware that they accuse the sellers who give bad reviews that WE are always in the wrong, or ReDollar will state incorrect information.

Redollar was quick with sale very helpful and understanding with my payment of $6048.15 do to bank I use couldn’t receive the wire transfer they had no problem helping me get paid ASAP another way. Would definitely use them again and payout was higher than any other quotes I got save ur time and just go straight to Redollar no reason to use anybody else

I found reDollar to be true to their word, and beyond.
I got an estimate for $1397 via email for 89.6 ounces of sterling flatware. I ended up sending 84 ounces: reDollar paid me $1398, about $30 more than I asked for on the form that accompanied the silver. Their responses have always been prompt and informative.
I wish I'd used them for my first silver selling experience: I sent 47 ounces (gross weight) of flatware to CashForSilver/CashForGold.com, after neglecting to weigh the knives separately. Their initial offer was only $137 for what they said (after I rejected the offer) was 34 ounces of silver. I dislike games and asked them to return it. After back and forth emails, I ended up taking an offer more than three times the original. I suspect that payout was still significantly less than I would have gotten from reDollar. I trust reDollar, and highly recommend them.

My family was clearing out my parent’s home to get ready to sell it and we came across items that were gold such a watches, old high school and college rings, broken jewelry among other things. Usually I would bring items to a local coin dealer or jeweler that also bought gold. While googling the current price of gold I came across ReDollar on line and could not believe the amount they said they paid for items.
I was very skeptical. I took one smaller item and brought it to my local people and was told they would pay $154 and the other person offered $168. I knew the weight in grams and then used the calculator on the web site and it said reDollar would pay $274!
I had to give it a try. I filled out the online form and redollar emailed me a shipping label to print. This package was via USPS, fully insured. Dropped it at my local post office and obtained receipt with tracking number.
A few days later I received an email notice that ReDollar Received my shipment. Later that day they sent me their evaluation of my item and what they would pay and it was what I had calculated. I emailed back that I accepted their offer and requested a Zelle payment to my bank account. The money was there in my account with in hours.

I told my siblings about this and they all agreed that I should sell the rest of the items using ReDollar. I did buy an accurate scale, ReDollar does sell scales too. We had mixed metals, platinum, 14kt, 10KT, and 18KT. Each listed with the weight and calculated pay out and ReDollar Prints the list to include with your shipping. There was an antique watch that I did not take apart and just sent it and they calculated the weight because the inner works are not gold. This Package had more and ReDollare Sent me a UPS shipping label and insured the package. I followed the tracking number for my package and received an email when it arrived. This time the total was $3698.48, it was actually higher than what I had calculated because one item I thought was 14 KT was actually 18 KT. Again I had the amount in my bank account using Zelle.
My 91 year old mother is delighted with the results.
I would highly recommend using reDollar for all precious metal sales.
