A l'usage : Connexion wifi facile et ultra rapide et stable. Excellentes images. Contact avec le service client pour des questions : Incroyable. Réponse par email en 24/7 (donc de nuit comme en week-end) avec une amabilité et un sens du service au top

Rangefinder worked great and one day wouldn't recharge. Emailed support and a new one arrived about a week later!! I cannot stress how impressed I was with this. No hoops to jump over, no million questions to answer. Asked me to try a couple of things and were satisfied it was not repairable. Can't thank them enough!! Great service!!!! Cheers, David

I bought a REDTIGER dash cam July 2022, it was working great.... until it wasn't. It stopped turning on and despite resetting it, I wasn't able to get it to work. I reached out to customer support, knowing I was well out of warranty and honestly just looking for advice. They gave me some steps to try and when those did not solve the issue, the offered to send me a replacement for free, despite me being well out of warranty. It was never my intention to get a free replacement, just looking for support and advice on ways to possibly fix before having to purchase a new one. The one they sent works perfectly so far and I greatly appreciate all their help and willingness

I have dealt with a lot of companies that deal with electronics. With rare exceptions, most are not very customer oriented. Most, if they provide a phone number, go immediately into leaving a message that they never reply to. Red tiger is the exception. They truly believe in customer support. I have spent a lot of time on the phone asking questions, asking for help and to my amazed, the service employees have had patience, understanding, and a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues to my satisfaction. I have a red tiger dashcam purchased about 15 months ago. It started acting up a bit, so I contacted red Tiger. The support team gave me some suggestions, but it still acted up. The support team sent a new dashcam which arrived within two days. The new camera is installed now and working perfectly again. In addition to being a very good dashcam, Red Tiger support is outstanding.

They went above and beyond to help me replace a part that I had mounted incorrectly. They responded so fast to my questions and then ended up sending me the small but important part for free in spite of it being my fault that it needed to be replaced... Even after I told them I was willing to pay for it!
