Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.

I ordered a batch of NUCs from Reef (first time ordering from them). The order came promptly, but didn't have the right amount RAM installed. Reef responded to my customer service request immediately, and got things sorted. I'm very happy with the service, and will buy from Reef again.

Ordered items 01/17/24. Waited for 10 days and heard nothing. After a few calls (ring and ring then hangs up) and emails I get a response back that the "parent company" has shut them down and a refund will be issued. Have yet to see the refund on our card. We will see if it comes or not. Disappointing as we used them a lot for the older Cisco SPA phones.

I received the correct number of phones. They will be hooked up next week. I hope they all work well.

My contact Al was very helpful to replace one of those two purchased routers sent and used in Brazil, timely.

This was the second order we did and was not processed on time and was late. I had to email and ask about it before anyone seen it. Then it had to be overnighted which still was not much help for it was late due to no one processed order when place.
