Less than 24hrs after contacting customer service by email they responded. They were very professional, they let me know every step of the way to approving my cash out which was 493$. They approved it that day cashed me out on Sunday evening i received the money on my bank account Tuesday at 330am. I think they are just really backed up an trying their hardest to get caught up. When dealing with payouts this is a sensitive process and requires attention to detail. The casino is great, every game was hitting. Thank you for getting back to me quickly and the great experience. Dont bother. When you win they take ages to verify you. Itâs going on almost 1 week and still havent been verified. Itâs completely sickening honestly. Super disappointed
