This company has been very pleasant and easy to deal with. My husband was really happy with communications with them regarding a bag he was interested in (that I went behind his back and bought for his birthday), and they were really friendly and helpful with me as well.

Item was just as described and postage was quick, simple and well wrapped, to minimise any potential damage.

Bought a Louis Vuitton Keepall from these guys through Ebay. Should of gone direct to their website as was cheaper. Great service and no matter how many questions I asked they answered them all.
