I ordered a refurbished OnePlus 13 in Midnight Ocean (Super-B condition) from Refit Global, but they delivered a completely different variant, Black Eclipse. When I tried to return it, their reverse pickup came back with an unrelated item, a bottle of oil, instead of the phone. With no resolution in sight, I had to approach the Consumer Commission, where Refit Global and its associated company did not even show up to defend themselves. The Commission held them deficient in service and ordered them to pay compensation, yet they have refused to pay even after the court order, and I now have to go back to the consumer court to enforce it. A company that ignores a legal order will not treat ordinary customers any better. Not consumer friendly at all, so order at your own risk.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 from ReFit Global (Order #20149). The phone developed a display/power-related problem and I submitted it to ReFit under warranty.

ReFit later rejected the warranty claim, stating that there was liquid damage. I dispute that finding because the phone was not intentionally exposed to water or submerged.

What concerns me further is the handling of the refund. ReFit sent me an official email stating that ₹32,374.93 had been refunded. When I questioned this, ReFit later confirmed in writing that the email had been sent “mistakenly” and that only ₹850 was refunded as shipping reimbursement.

The device has now been returned to me without the warranty issue being resolved.

I have retained the order records, emails, photographs, courier records and payment-related documents, and I have also raised the matter through the National Consumer Helpline.

I am posting this review to document my experience and to ask ReFit Global to provide a proper technical explanation for the liquid-damage rejection and clarify the contradictory refund communication.

It's really good to have branded phone in such reasonable price .
