Great customer service team and support
The customer service team is really helpful. Iâve been on the program a year. They do change out support folks over the course of care. I now have Tina F and she is great. She does follow ups, she checks in and sheâs very helpful on my concerns and questions and billing needs as well. I am losing weight consistently on this program and do recommend them. Their pricing is good and doesnât change based on dosage, so you know exactly what you will pay. They use an app to chat with the doctor. So ease of use. Overall positive experience and good team of folks you can reach to, even before you start you can reach them and ask all your question. Other companies donât have that level of support before you start.
