Deirdre has been an amazing therapist; she's a very good listener and has helped me see life in a whole new perspective, which has helped me cope a lot better. I genuinely feel like she cares about me, which has made this experience more meaningful. Compared to other therapists I've tried, she's definitely been the best option for me -I have already recommended her to others!

I will always recommend Reformed Mind! Deidre immediately in the initial session created a safe space for me to speak and navigate my thoughts. She beautifully helped me to confront negative aspects through personal understanding and the Word of God.

Additional to the meetings she provided reflective work for me to complete independently in relation to discussions and would always follow up.

I personally liked how booking was through selecting a a lot, so you could plan around your availability.
