Had an issue with one of the vending machines, i emailed their team and Sam replied within 4 minutes and arranged refund. Outstanding!

From start to finish the support has been excellent, Michelle has been very patient with me as it took some time to decide which route we were going to go down. Buy or Rent. The machine is amazing and has our company logos on it, its bright and easy to use both cash & card.

Their machines are literally the worst I`ve met with. there are 2 in my workplace both of them using faulty goods lift system, so sometimes I can`t even start the transaction because the machine just detect wrong lifting mechanics. Pricing is ridiculous, £2.10 for a 500ml bottle of soda. not to mention those not even rare occasions when I don`t get the previously paid goods because on the randomly chosen spot the soda bottle sits on the top of the spiral. Often wrongly stacked loosely refilled hardly supervised garbage.

Would just like to praise and compliment Lisa hemingway who looks after the vending machines at uk greetings...she is always so friendly and helpful and she does an exceptional job...

Michelle has been incredibly helpful giving me information about different coffee machines, which one would work the best for our requirements, answered all my questions and has been a pleasure to work with.
The engineers attending site on the day to install were also brilliant, so the support from the team is great! We are very happy with the new machine!
