Laura has got to be one of the best people I have ever worked with in a customer service setting! From my initial enquiry she went above and beyond. I had requested a custom stitch on a gold series collar which wasnât listed on the website. I genuinely thought my request would be shut down however, Laura surprised me and advised she was willing to test it to see if it could work!
