Iâm genuinely pleased with the qualityâŠ
Iâm genuinely pleased with the quality of the lead and then the collar. I had an incident when my 50kg puppy was lunged at by another dog and he pulled away and my lead broke. Luckily my pup didnât run off however the poor quality of his collar and lead led me to invest in a product that gave me security and confidence. I do think that the lead could do with a handle near where the label is, closer to the collar and maybe a video of all the options on how to use the lead as it has lots of loops that I donât know what they are for.

Delivery was great however it was to big for my dog so had to send back.
The return was a lot off hassel though, thay don't have a return printable lable and you have to pay to send it back. Refund received thankyou.
