Ottima esperienza finora.
La procedura di trasferimento di più domini è molto semplice.
Si potrebbe migliorare la procedura di pagamento per semplificarla, visto che al momento è necessario prima trasferire i fondi al sito e poi usarli per il pagamento.
Questo consente di avere diverse tariffe a seconda del canale di pagamento usato, ma rende meno immediata l'operazione.

Questo sistema permette però un rimborso immediato in caso un'operazione (trasferimento in entrata) non vada a buon fine, rendendo subito disponibile la somma per altra operazione o per un tentativo successivo (ad esempio se si è inserito il codice trasferimento sbagliato o il vecchio provider crea problemi)

Most TLDs are the cheapest, NS server seems good (only Mexican have sometimes problems in our case (dnschecker.org)), but overall: worth it!

Regery often has the lowest prices on most tld. Their platform is raw, no flashy, no fancy, but it gets the job done and is rather straightforward to use with a modern stack and that's what anyone should be looking for.

We are not told how to use the system, so I didn't know where the invoices were, and if the info had been on a page, "the invoices are located at...", it would have saved a support call.

And I have been trying to change my details, and the message comes back, something about "the input does not match the pattern expected" - but doesn't say WHICH of the inputs. I couldn't guess what it was, so had to give up.

The first time I paid in, I couldn't see my payment. And there was no information saying that payments didn't appear immediately, so it looked like the payment had failed.

Much more clarity is required.

I am sure that you would get more clients if everything - the prices are good, but time and frustration reduce the value of the good prices.
