I usually don't write reviews but I have to for this. The idea of setting up a company in Bulgaria from the UK completely online seemed too good to be true. But the process worked exactly as they laid out in the 4 steps on their site. I got the stamped certificate of incorporation in my email. They offer great support and the low corporate tax is a HUGE bonus. So gladd I went with them.
The online form was easy but I did get stuck on one section. I sent an email to support and got a reply within a couple of hours that solved my issue. The most difficult part was the notary signing but their guide was clear and on what to do. The company was registered in the Commercial Registry faster than I expected. Overall a positive experience
Just sharing my experience, setting up my company was surprisingly straightforward. The online application actually did take just a few minutes. I got all the documents by email to sign. Great for anyone starting a new venture in Europe.
Let me tell you, for a UK business trading in the EU this is the way to go We chose the Diamond package and it was worth every penny. The 0% VAT on EU services is a massive advantage for us.
