Hi admin, I encountered a minor issue, but my email hasn't received any response. I'm feeling uncertain and anxious in this situation. The financial loss isn't significant, but it has left me with a rather negative experience. Waiting indefinitely is really unpleasant. I wish they had an automated email to confirm they've received my report.

Great service

Very happy with setting up my virtual office and recommend the company as reasonably priced and ideal for a new start up business.

Excellent - very easy to use and super helpful!

Horrible service. Trying to charge 156£ for one letter because of a silly mistake. I accidentaly give my bank their address and they would be only willing to send it over for 156£. They expected me to pay for a yearly package to send over the letter. They sent it back to the bank just to cause inconvenience. However it doesnt take more effort to send out a letter for me.

Update: i was on the phone with the bank for an hour, they havent sent anything. There is nothing to contact for as you definately wanted to charge for the whole year as you dont have enough customers. But that is not my problem. You are not royal mail, royal mail is a decent service provider unlike you. You are a mailing service by the way. Just a really bad one.

Really quick and easy to set up a company

Was looking for an affordable virtual office address for my Scottish registered Company, which could also be used as the registered business address on company House… and came across Registered Address by some stroke of luck. The customer support is excellent. Every time i ask them something, they make sure my queries are responded as quickly as possible and this has happened three times now. They must be doing something right! This time, I needed a physical mail forwarded to my address just at a time when i was moving home. They were able to give me an assurance that physical mail would be transferred to me even if i had a scanned mail service and further my change of address was quickly verified and updated. All done seamlessly.

They charged for every little things like for getting registered address at Company House, and for getting documents from Company House, for getting debit and credit cards, they separatly charged for all three. I donot recommend anyone to get registered address from them expecially if you new. I was new when I get there address and donot know anything about them. Now I know. So be safe from companies like them.
