I recommend, very good and fast service.

An impeccable service that is getting harder to get these days. There are no surprises because you are informed in advance of your company's status, and the staff handle all the formalities. Everything runs without a hitch.

Their prices more than doubled overnight, a whopping 122% increase. They went from £192 per annum to £426. The service was always really good, and I never had any complaints. One small thing was that recently they closed the office I was using and I had the pain of registering their new office address with HMRC etc. Little did I know that they would use this as a reason to more than double my charges! Upon contacting them I got an £85 discount which means the price hike was reduced to 78%. This is just profiteering and price gouging. So, unable to leave the contract for now, I will be moving when this year is out. For full transparency, here's the final response I received:

As discussed following our email in August 2022, the price increase is due to two main factors:

We no longer offer free mail forwarding - you may recall this was free since you had registered with us. We now have a fee in place to have letters physically forwarded.
Some of our older customers were still on the lowered rates we set during COVID. The fees have now been standardised so all customers (new or old) pay the same.
To reduce your renewal fee I have switched you to Scans and have issued you a partial refund of £60 + £25 for your loyalty with us and this should be with you within the next 14 working days.

Please note these concessions were made outside of the 14-day cooling-off period to help with your renewal costs and there is nothing more we can do at this stage.

I have switched off your auto-renewal and can discuss your next renewal closer to the time.
