Very Poor Service – Domain Suspended Without Notice

My domain was suddenly suspended without any prior call, message, or proper notification. Because of this, we suffered heavy business loss. There is no proper support response, no call assistance, and no accountability.

Extremely disappointing experience. Worst service and very unprofessional handling.

Not recommended at all.

I have a registered domain through my provider and these guys sent me an email to renew the domain one month earlier. So im getting so many emails from my own provider who doesnt even let me unsubscribe and on top of that these guys somehow got my email and sent me too. At least they had the unsubscribe option attached to the email.
