Seamless service, easy and great value way to reglaze frames with up dated perscription.
Have used previously and will use again.

Good service much cheaper than high street prices
took a little longer than expected but that’s down to

Hi gave a one star because put order in and still have not received them back customer service is not they good in past years they have been good but not now tell you 5 working days than said 9 working days still not got them back order put in on the 27th Oct and now the 18th of November

Amazing low cost way of getting new specs.It was about time somebody offered a service like this that allows you to get new specs from old.

Glasses were great but communication was slow

Amateur website, which is glitchy doesn’t help the order process, but once you get through that the process seems to be quick.
Unfortunately, my order disappeared in the post and reglazemyspex will do nothing to help, despite Royal Mail having a clear process for the circumstances. There was no response to my initial email, but weeks later when I followed up, the response was rude and obstructive.
I see similar complaints from previous reviewers on this, and other, review sites.
Avoid this company

Easy straightforward process to go through. Many options to choose to suit your budget. Great communication and all done and delivered in the space of a week. The cost compared with high street prices is great.
