This was amazing customer service from start to finish
To change my sunglasses from just sunglasses to now both reading and sunglasses is amazing
I dont need to pairs of glasses
Swopping all the time
Which was a nightmare

What an absolute shambolic service, has to be the worse on line experience. Incorrect tracking information, extremely poor communication, emails not responded to on time, telephone number doesn't work. MASSIVE RED FLAG!!! Damaged the Tom Ford case I send my glasses to them, and took no responsibility for it. Their response was "Is the product that we supplied intact we cannot guarantee a cardboard box in transit" But it's not a cardboard box, its the manufacturers case. The cardboard box the case was placed in for transporting was unscathed. A further response was "We cannot be held responsible for a cardboard box that has been in transport if the product that we are supplied is faulty or you are unhappy with it please return it to the address located under contact us for roof for refund www,reglazemyspex,com". HOW is that related to the damaged case? Needless to say I'm NEVER using the service AGAIN!

What a wonderfully efficient service from start to finish - I was so impressed with the price too. I could'nt recommend enough and will be returning!

The lenses seem OK but the customer service is dire. I asked for a box but they just sent me a label to print, I had to message them to find out if they had my glasses and then again to see when they would be sent back. I was told they would be sent by 48hr tracking and would get an email when they were sent but nothing! I even checked on line to see if they were a scam company. (I had read a few reviews where they had lost peoples glasses). They eventually came by Royal Mail but no tracking given. Have another pair I would like reglazing but I would not use this company again. I suppose you get what you pay for and they were cheap, but it's not worth the worry about if you are going to get them back or not.

Lens replacement were amazing. Customer service was appalling.

Lenses changed in a 6 day turn around.

Even though the Royal Mail failed to pick up my glasses I was able to contact customer service at Reglaze my Spex. So I made a box out of spare card and posted to Reglaze address. No more than a week later my frames were returned with my prescription card. The lense were fitted perfectly . The turn around period from post to return delivery must be the most efficient online. Well done!

Do not trust their refund guarantee, the post and return address is a sorting hub and not the company's real address. They claim to have never received my return and I never got my money back.

Great service, superb communication. The glasses have been made fast and perfect.
Would definitely recommend and use the service again.

Great company easy to order

Won't touch this company with a barge pole again. I knew I should've trusted my instincts and gone ahead with Lensology instead of using this company. Despite several enquiries and being given confirmation via email that my glasses can be lensed, I sent them off in the hope of receiving the desired look, only to receive an email at 5.30 in the morning saying my order had been cancelled with no warning and a note saying the glasses had been sent all broken! I know when I sent them they were in perfectly good working order, and if not why?! I haven't received them back yet but I'm dreading the moment they come through the door. My Partner said the technicians at the company clearly aren't that experienced or knowledgeable because they're metal screw less frames. So if the arms have came off or the glasses been squashed during transit, it is just simply a case of attaching the arms but they just assumed "the frames are all broken and in pieces" and when I asked for pictures to backup this claim, I heard nothing back but couldn't respond quick enough before parting with my cash!!!!
