I always use this company and their service is always amazing

THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW - It's just to get your attention
It's a ZERO Review - My only advise is to read all 'the 1 & 2 star reviews', because that's what this company's all about.

My advise is, if you plan on returning, and you more than likely will if you order varifocals, because they are terrible in getting the prescription correct.
Do not use the same label they send you for the initial order for a return, as they will ask you to, because you will NOT get an exchange OR a refund.
Use your own postage and make sure it's tracked or signature, and if you do and it's for a refund, good luck.
I returned my varifocal lenses for a refund, as they gave me severe vertigo, and they're saying I didn't send them back. I sent an empty parcel.
I will take this up with PayPal
This is a dishonest company regarding refunds - You will not get one directly off them. You will have to go through PayPal or your bank.

The best. Used them for years. Personal value. Excellent service. I ve told all my friends. Buy in tk max or Vinted and these guys perform their magic.

Have used several times now. Rarely more than a day or two for turnaround. Excellent value - cheapest Bifocal Reglaze on my spare Oakleys with new prescription. Returned in same condition as sent to them.

Quick turn around, the glasses look good, not really had a real try as there hasn't been much sunshine. Happy with the prescription. Many thanks 😊

Best place to get lenses brill job everything

This company offers a good service at a competitive price. I had a slight problem with my reglaze, but this was resolved without any fuss. Would recommend using this company.

Very reasonably priced and quick turnaround. We converted an old pair of my daughter's glasses into sunglasses ready for summer. Excellent job and much cheaper than buying a specific pair from the optician.
