I bought this in the middle of December


I bought this in the middle of December and have called and they said they will have someone contact me. I also emailed about 5 times and no response. I have been waiting a long time and nothing. They took the money out of my account right away tho. Has anyone on here received their order after the company replies on here saying they will resolve the issue? I just don't think they r going to deliver. I think it's a complete scam.

Never received my ordered and not response

I also ordered two bottles on the 19th December for a Christmas gift. I received the confirmation email and money has been taken out of my account however I never realised the items.
I have sent 3 emails and have not received any response. I have also had to go on to your Instagram to try and get your attention. Never ordering from this company again and will not recommend.

My experience same as the others below

My experience appears to be the same as the last few accounts. Sadly, it's a negative experience and looking at these reviews it's been some time since there has been a positive experience. I placed an order on 25th December due to the bank holidays my order would now not be processed until 27th December but according to the website and being charged the 24 hours tracked postage, I should have my order on 28th December.

29th December I still had not had any postage tracking details confirmed so contacted Regrowz to ask for an update and explain I wasn't very happy that I paid for the 24 tracked deliver and clearly didn't get this. I didn't get a response yet. However, I did find these unhappy reviews from customers in the same position as me and quite annoyed there are no indications about the delays which really should be posted on their website.

I have now asked for my money back my order number was Order #SP#20171. I'll update how that goes.

Update in fairness the refund was processed quickly after I asked for the order to be cancelled so have upgraded this to two star.

Complete scam.

Ordered my products on the 19th Dec with a tracked 24hr postal service. To date, I have not received any notification or email stating why my order has not arrived or even shipped! I’ve emailed 3 times with my order ID and called every single day with not answer. Scam of a company. Avoid at all cost.

Dont buy from them

They told me the item would be here by Christmas and it still haven't process. Been calling and emailing them to get my money back and to cancel the order and I have yet to hear from anyone. Learned my lesson

Where is my item??
I ordered for a present and absolutely nothing. I’ve contacted and no responses this is so incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional. It was stated my order would take 1-2days delivery, what an absolute lie. I want my money back if my item won’t be getting delivered. This is a terrible waste of money.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

AVOID!!

Ordered 8th December had email confirmation to say confirmed delivery was 1-2 working days. Still not received by the 14th so emailed for an update ,had a reply from Carol stating there was a shortage and it actually wasn't in stock. However they were expecting some and delivery by 3rd Jan. Asked for a refund and have had no reply. First and last time ordering with this company.

Shampoo has not arrived and no replies to emails or calls. They took my money but I have nothing to show for it. By looking at the reviews on here I’m actually glad I haven’t received it. Phew!!!!!

Terrible product

Terrible product. Bought the shampoo and hair is falling out rapidly after 3 uses.
They are dishonest about reviews on their website they claim they have 132 reviews averaging at 4.9 stars however you’ll get the true story on here

Awful

Been using both shampoo & conditioner for 5 days and it’s pulled my hair out. In the shower it drys your hair out so much, makes your hair feel like straw and trying to wash the product out ends up pulling your hair out because of how dry it is. Does not leave it feeling silky, smooth or voluminous. Made my hair fall, worse.
It’s an awful product.

Really wanted to Love it

I finally received the thickening shampoo and conditioner. The shipping was late but I was hoping the product would be worth the wait. It is awful. It feels like I am washing my hair with rubber cement. The conditioner is worse than that. My hair is stiff and falling out. Would not recommend to anyone

Three months in


It been three months and I’m starting to see results. While I'm not seeing any any new hairs grow I'm not seeing any hair fall either. The areas that looked thin now look(key word:look) fuller and healthier. If your at at your early stages of hair loss I recommend this product any day over rogaine.

Excellent Customer Service

I can not as yet comment on the product I purchased as I've only just received it ( very well packaged & looks premium )
After contacting customer service due to my order not arriving ( Royal mails fault ) l was sent a very polite & helpful email ( shout-out to Carol ) who sent out a replacement order which arrived the next day & also asked to keep the original order which eventually arrived as well. I'm now hoping the product is as good as the customer service !!
