Great service, thanks for MR Ridwaan from UEA who assisted me complete my order. I have one recommendation that the texter of shampoo was very thick befor but now its little watery

First Purchase.

First purchase, seems to leave hair soft and shiny. Too early to say it will stimulate new growth. However, have already made a repeat purchase, so am hopeful and at the very least it seems like a good quality shampoo.

I have very fine

I have very fine, thin hair which has worsened in the past 2 years (thanks to Covid).I decided to try the thickening shampoo and have been using it for one month. I started noticing I was losing a lot of hair in the shower now that I'm in my early 30s. After a bottle of this, I noticed my hair is visibly stronger and I don't shed nearly as much. It has a lovely smell which is just to love! Believe me This is worth the cost!

Hope you are keeping well.

Sorry to hear that you think that the item has not been delivered, however it is actually still on its way to you. We are available during UK office hours to handle any support queries, we are happy to take a call, email or live chat to help with any issues you are experiencing.

Just a quick recap on your order. You placed an order on the 25th December 2021(Christmas Day) we are closed during the public holidays and so are the delivery services, so following that on the 29th December(next working day) we shipped your item.
The tracking details were emailed to you. Due to the time of year, RoyalMail have a backlog for deliveries and seeing as how it was shipped out on the 29th December 2021 I would expect those delays ran into the new year and of course that means your delivery has not yet been completed.
I have confirmed with RoyalMail that as of yesterday they are back to regular working hours.
You should expect your delivery arriving soon, we advise that the waiting time for delivery from UK to international destinations can take up to 14 days.
Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery once we hand it to RoyalMail, however we are more than happy to assist to ensure you receive your order as expected.

Rest assured if you do not receive your order we will send out a replacement, however as explained above your order is still on its way to you.

Hope you are keeping well.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you have experienced with your order.

Unfortunately today we are experiencing a higher volume of calls as we are running some promotions.
I tried to call but I was unable to reach you on your mobile number, just a quick recap on your order.
You placed an order on the 26th December 2021. Following that on the 29th December we shipped your item. The tracking details were emailed and sent by SMS to you.
Due to the time of year, RoyalMail have a backlog for deliveries and seeing as how it was shipped out on the 29th December 2021 I would expect those delays ran into the new year and of course that means your delivery has not yet been completed.
I have confirmed with RoyalMail that as of today they are back to regular working hours. You should expect your delivery arriving soon.
