The company gave me a pitifully very small partial refund for shelves that tip easily. I spent that to buy materials to secure them as what they sent for that is not suitable. These aren't heavy duty shelves. I would have returned them but we had already carried the heavy boxes downstairs and put one together. I had previously bought Seville and Trinity and these Reibii racks pale in comparison.
BUYERS BEWARE:
Two damaged press board shelves during FedEx shipping. First I was offered $20 for the damage and no replacement. Then I was offered $35 for no replacement and I would have to find someplace to buy two shelves. They don't want to ship any replacement shelves. Maybe they should review their packaging for shipment instead of giving some excuse I'll have to wait two months for a replacement. To date I asked for the replacement shelves and no response back.
I emailed them and this is their response back. "Dear Customer,
Sorry, we are willing to arrange the replacement boards for you, but there is no stock of the replacement part, are you willing to wait for two months?

It's obvious you're company is piss poorly run. I can get other things from China shipped back and forth 10 times than what you can do with your company on replacement parts.
Until I get my replacement boards I'll post negative comments to everyone not to buy from your company because the lack of supply chain management.
