Customer service is an absolute disgrace-literally the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. Bought an e4+ escooter and the throttle needs replacing. Contacted via website numerous times without the courtesy of a response, told on Facebook that someone would look at my issue after me leaving several negative comments and weeks later, I've heard nothing. Got an expensive escooter gathering dust in my garage. Shocking and wouldn't recommend at all

Tell lies on how a bike can be used don't honour there warranty. out right bunch of wingnuts

i just got my bike/tract 3 my wheels where buckled badly to the point i cant ride it the forks weren't put together properly. like co mon i put the forks together but there was no point bc the wheels were bent to the point where the disc brakes were rubbing i mean for a $800 bike i expect better like a bike with straight wheels. ive had to wait an extra week for a spoke tool to come in before i could get to work and back

I called in unexpectedly with a minor request. I paid for the new part, and the work was done at no cost. Good attitude all round.

We received the bike for our 3yr old son by courier. The delivery was fast especially since coming from SA to WA during COVID-19 lockdown. The bike is top quality and it was easy to put together. My son loves riding his bike. Will buy again from Reid Cycles when he goes up a size. The bike is much better looking than your basic bikes from big chain shops and stands out in the crowd..

I initially purchased the rapid for commuting around the suburbs in Adelaide. It performs very well and does what it says. It's 'Rapid'. However, the components do become easily chipped and worn, very worn. Chain slips especially when changing gears quickly. At times, I have had the chain come off in busy traffic. Gets dirty. I only wish Reid attached a decent chain guide to stop this from happening. Literally, it's a road bike. At times you may very reach 60-75km per hour.

I purchased a Bicycle and it was delivered within a short amount of time to my nominated address. The Bicycle was as described in picture online and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I received a tracking number and would highly recommend Reid Cycles Adelaide for your next purchase.

Went instore to have a closer look & service & help was informative but they did not have my colour in stock but was advised could order my colour online. I ordered online & received my order in 2 days & this was 2 weeks out from Xmas. My granddaughter loves her lilac push-bike xx
