The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and never tried to push me into a sale. Was very happy with the bike I bought there.... excellent value for the spec and it has served me well. Will definitely go back when it's time for an upgrade.

I bought a bike that is great quality for the price. Also free lights, which are also good.

Customer Service Review, not a product review*

I received terrific service by a gentleman named Jasper (WA Perth location). The poor salesman was very busy manning the fort with a continual "onslaught," of customers entering the building. Throughout all this, he managed to give each customer, including myself undivided attention to ensure our queries were resolved. Further to this he provided additional information that greatly benefited my purchasing decisions and I really appreciated it.

Just bought 2 bikes from Reid Cycles. So happy with the bikes and the customer service team.
Highly recommend.

Does not communicate ,that items paid for by express post in Perth is coming from Vic.

I would like to thank Jasper for taking care of me as soon as I arrived in the shop, working on my bike straight away and the tips he provided when I left. I would highly recommend Reid Cycles.

Bike quality and design is poor. Customer service at store wasn’t very good either. The first gear on the bike I got is way too heavy, for example there is no gear low enough for peddling lightly up hill, it is very difficult. Also the gear range is practically useful. You can stay in first and second gear all the time, difficult going up hills and don’t need to other gears when going faster. Maybe the gear sizes need to be revised.

I mistakenly ordered some wheels for my MTB which I must say were excellent quality, but not disc brakes, I returned them to the store where I was treated very well and had no problems with a refund. Unfortunately 26inch wheels are phasing out. I will certainly deal with Reid Cycles in the future because of their manner and because of their products.

Wonderful service! I went in to pickup some parts for my Reid Cycles bicycle and was assisted immediately with a quick, friendly and informative staff member. Very happy with my experience! Will definitely recommend!

We recently visited the Perth, Balcatta branch as a family of 4. We were looking to fit out our whole family with bikes as we have just moved back to Perth. Pascal at the Perth, Balcatta branch gave us outstanding customer service. He was patient and informative with us all including my young son who is new to riding a bike. I wanted a bike for my birthday in October. I couldn't pre order the bike I wanted until the 3rd of March. Very unhappy, I know Covid had an impact but 5 months for a mid range Hybrid is quite a while to wait for this.
The service was really good during this time.

Customer service representative handled all the queries. Fixed the damaged part and also replaced the broken ones. Thank you

Easy process, purchased online for click and collect, requested for it to be assembled. Received a text a few days after and went in to collect, process was quick and staff were helpful, bike was ready to go. Great value for money.

Online order was quick and easy. I wanted to change my order after it was posted so i sent an email to customer support. They responded the next business day with a solution to exchange my order at the nearest shop.

The initial service was really bad. Really rude customer service over the phone when I asked after 2 weeks if my click and collect order was ready to be picked up after no word (when I ordered it online, it said that my bike was in stock in my preferred store). I called a week later and spoke to someone who was very nice and helpful, we picked it up a few days later. Unfortunately the cruiser bikes scratch really easily though, as soon as we put it in the car it had major scratches... the bikes are affordable for a reason. They look so cute but I don't think they are quality.

Timely delivery, great service, great advise for a novice like me. Highly recommended
