My son purchased a lemon if a bike on 25/3. He had it back twice to be repaired and the third time it broke he returned it back to the store 17/5 and was told refund in 4 business days. It is now 13/6 and no sign of refund, store just refers us to the online support (no phone number). Online support does not respond! This company is such a scam, do not touch!

Great product. Easy online purchase. Delivery took longer than expected but that’s understandable at the moment. Easy pickup from Richmond store.

Purchased a vintage bike for my 16 year old for Christmas. Sending the bike for super quick. After installing bike and pumping tyres, the next morning front tyre was flat after not even being riden. Pumped tyre again and flat again next morning. Was sent a new tube and after taking nuts of wheel the basket frame snapped. Was then sent out wrong size basket frame. After emailing again was sent the right size frame but as l went to open box with the tube in it, have now got the wrong size tube. We are now in mid Feb and still no bike for my daughter. They are very prompt with sending out the products but little care is taken sending out the right product.

Easy to navigate website, I purchased a new wheel set for my road bicycle. Happy with product. Fitted perfectly. Fast delivery and lots of communication. Thanks you Reid bicycles.

ordered a bike almost 4 months ago and I was following it up pretty much every week and they were promissing me that the bike will be ready by end of the following week but that never happened and when it got ready the colour was completely different with the one on the website and I had to wait for another 4 weeks to get the new one. Very bad customers service and they never even apologised for the delay and I had to refund my money eventually.
I am not satisfied at all!!

I ordered a ladies bike for someone as a birthday present, when I went to assemble the bike there were no peddles, not impressed.

The bike is amazing and the service was INCREDIBLE! The only downside is my bike was instantly making clicking noises between changing gears. I was told I have free checking for a month so hopefully this still applies outside of lockdown. Overall happy with the experience though!
