I co-direct a group practice and have been a Practice-Pro subscriber for 3 years. Our clients love having an easy way to get reimbursed and appreciate that we offer them this incredible benefit. As a practice we love that it does not create any additional work for us and it helps our clients!

This app provides real value and incredible service to me, personally and professionally. I find the Verification of Benefits feature INCREDIBLY helpful and fast and really allows me to reassure people that they can work with me,an OON therapist and sex therapist. The customer service is excellent and they understand the business well. . I cannot imagine going back to how things were before Reimbursify as feel supported as a mental health professional.

I tried to use this but it failed to tell me my health insurance issued a payment. They wouldn’t tell me to who and I had to contact my health insurance. My health insurance didn’t know who this company was and told me to not use a 3rd party to make claims because of fraud. I had to open an investigation between my doctors office and Reimbursify with my health care provider. One of these companies got paid and is refusing to send me back my reimbursement. If I did not look deeper into the situation I wouldn’t have found out a payment was issued to fight for my money back. It’s sketchy

The service that they promise to provide doesn't exist, you pay them, they took the money and don't deliver anything. I contacted my insurance company to find out about the claim status after enough waiting period time and what a surprise no claim was made. Well, Reimbursify promises to help if something is wrong, no response from them, and no help when needed. All negative reviews are from people who try to use the service but what is interesting is that all positive reviews are only from medical providers who affiliate links to earn extra money. What a shade we have a healthcare system in the US, doctors selling us some scam.

Working with Reimbursify has been great- the team is pleasant and very efficient, plus they have a great product. I’ve spent years looking for something like this and was disappointed by the other options. Reimbursify has outpaced its competition and provides a sorely needed service to me and my patients. My claims were submitted incorrectly, causing headaches for both me and my provider. Customer service was unhelpful. Don't waste your money.

They are a very hands-on company with a great product. Vatsal created this system from the perspective of a practicing psychologist, so he understands the challenges of billing insurance. Reimbursify makes navigating insurance easier for both practitioners and clients.

Dr. Thakkar is very kind and knowledgeable about the needs of a clinician in private practice. I especially appreciate how he did not pressure me into anything and it is clear he is looking to improve the experience for the practitioner.

I had otten a lot of negative feedback from clients when I switched to telehealth. Many of their claims were not getting to insurance because they weren’t coded properly. Reimbursify helped me with those claims and assured that all of the medical coding was correct, the address of the payer was in order and more to really streamline me for my remote sessions.

Most of my clients are younger and they expect things to be fast and easy. I give them my spiel about Reimbursify during an intake session and I'm off the hook about not taking insurance.

Different patients have repeatedly thanked me for signing up for their Practice Pro account so that all of their claims are filed for free. So I'm seeing a noticeable difference, every since I joined that plan in my booking rates and return visits for those patients.
