I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a reinforced bed from this company.

The bed arrived in poor condition, the fabric was ripped, and there was visible mould on the wooden section of the headboard, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand new item.

I also paid extra for assembly, but during delivery and installation, the drivers caused damage to my son’s room by ripping the soft flooring. This has added further stress and cost to what should have been a straightforward purchase.

While I appreciate that the company has offered a replacement, the resolution process has placed a significant burden on me. I am now expected to source suitable packaging for a very large headboard and dismantle a heavy bed myself, despite the fact that this originally required a two-person team to assemble.

Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would expect a company providing specialist furniture to take more responsibility for both product quality and the logistics involved in resolving issues when things go wrong.

Thank you! Finally after a year of sleeping on the sofa after an operation I found this website. I ordered the bariatric mattress. Ordered online on Saturday, got the order confirmation on Monday when they opened, applied for the VAT refund from them and it was sorted within 6 minutes and mattress delivered in the Wednesday! Delivery came exactly when they said it would and the delivery team they used were brilliant as well kept me well informed and were really polite and helpful! The mattress took some getting used to but after a couple of nights I’m sleeping great 😊 as others have said it is very firm, but give it time as now it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had I don’t even feel my husband tossing and turning during the night at all

Beds are good but could do with holes in the upright for the screws that secure the big dowels in the uprights.

Bed the best I have ever bought, arrived quickly , packaging was perfect , easy to put up and the drivers were so helpful making sure they were put safely in the house as I have young children, only be buying from here from now on.

Good communication fast delivery sturdy bed

I ordered bunk beds and a mattress on Easter Monday when the office was closed. As promised my order was dealt with the next day promptly. I received an email asking me to pick which day I would like the beds to arrive. The delivery company used was excellent. I was provided with a 2 hour time slot and received a call when they were around 40 minutes away. The beds were straightforward to build and are solid. Absolutely no noise when in use even when it's an adult. The memory foam mattress purchased to go on the top bunk is very comfortable as well. A 10/10 experience for me - would definitely use again.

I recently tried to purchase a Langham HD Triple Bunk Bed in Oak from this company at £499.00. Their website clearly stated “FREE UK DELIVERY”. I went through the ordering process and at the checkout the delivery showed £30.00. I could not remove it so I contacted the company via online chat. I explained the situation that they had advertised free delivery but were not offering it at the checkout. I asked them as a gesture of goodwill to remove the delivery charge as I had clearly been mislead by their website. They refused my request and changed the website to “Premium 2 Man Couriers” as we chatted. When I asked why they would not honour what their website offered their reply was “We do not do free delivery” I had already checked on Amazon and the same company was selling the exact same product for exactly the same price but with FREE DELIVERY! When I pointed this out to them whilst on chat, at first they denied that it was the same price and then in real time, they changed the Amazon listing price to £509.00 for this item in Oak. Fortunately, I had placed my order for this item on Amazon BEFORE their sudden price increase. I expressed my disappointment in the way that they dealt with this matter, but they were not interested in doing the right thing for the customer.
Unfortunately when the item arrived from Amazon they had described the wooden slats as “HEAVY-DUTY 29MM WOODEN SLATS – Equipped with extra-thick 29mm solid wooden slats” but the slats thickness that I measured with a Vernier Caliper were between 19.81mm and 22mm and they were made out of plywood and NOT solid wood. I complained and asked them to supply the slats that they had advertised but they refused simply stating “the slats that you have received are fit for purpose” I said that was not the point as I had bought this item based on the slats being 29mm thick and had received slats two thirds of that thickness. A full refund was offered if I dismantled the bed, carried it down 2 flights of stairs and sent it back in their original packaging. I was not going to be put to this trouble so I asked them to offer me a “good will” gesture of a partial refund to compensate me for what I paid for but did not receive. At first they refused but when Amazon got involved they eventually sent me a derisory refund of £15.00. I advised that I was not at all satisfied with this refund on a £499.00 item, but as before they were not interested. I decided to stop wasting any more of my life with this atrocious company but wanted to share my full and honest experience with others, so that if you decide to trade with them, you have been forewarned. I would strongly advise against it.
