We trusted on comments, we started working with Reinstate Amz.

They said they would help in the beginning and they sent the appeal after paid fee.

The appeal they sent was completely "Copy & Paste". Because although we provided the information, the category, information, content they appealed belonged to other vendors. (I can prove it to anyone who wants. I still have the Emails between us.)

We noticed mistakes in appeal. This situation occurred in 2 different appeals.

When I asked for a revision, they made us wait. He says that they will help by calling by phone.

It was absolutly LIE!

I hope he's reading this. He didn't keep the promises he had made. They never refunded. They defrauded us.

My Amazon account is still not reinstate. (Over 5 months have passed.)

They never helped. DO NOT TRUST !!!

I CAN PROVE THAT TO EVERYONE. I HAVE SCREEN IMAGES OF ALL THE SPEECHES.

Our Amazon Germany account was deactivated due to a technical error (one of our suppliers neglected to mention a change in ingredients of a product we were listing). These guys keep their promises and are worth every penny. I had an old account that I forgot about that was deactivated and now threatened my new Amazon business. I tried to appeal by myself and get a retraction from the alleged Rights owner but this failed.
Was skeptical at first, paying with uncertainty, however REINSTATE AMZ acted immediately and were able to get us re-instated. Just what is needed when your Amazon selling account is suspended. Excellent Service.
