The bag is beautiful and their customer service was great. I contacted them to track the shipping and a lovely, real person responded. Highly recommend their thoughtful and practical designs. It was a pleasant purchasing experience.

ich hab mich so auf die Tasche gefreut dachte es ist ein deutsches Unternehmen. man wartet ewig, verpackt als würde man bei Temu bestellen. ich habe fast 50€!! für die wasserabweisende braune bezahlt! absoluter Schrott die Bänder sind so lange dass sie selbst bei meinem Mann zu locker am Bein sind! Jetzt bekomme ich keine Rpckantwort zum zurück senden und weiß nicht wie ich es von Österreich wahrscheinlich nach China retour senden kann. ich habe einen Instagram Account und werde alle davor warnen! da würde man am liebsten den Anwalt einschalten für so einen Billig Temu Mist :-( bin so sauer! 50€ fast sind viel Geld!!!

My wife ordered a riding bag and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the leg strap came off from where it was sewn to the bag after only a few uses. After contacting Reitertasche, they immediately resolved the issue by sending a replacement bag. We thought the best we could hope for was to send the damaged bag back for repairs. My wife will definitely be recommending Reitertasche to all her horse friends!

I tried to reach out to them with various questions about the quality and fitment.

Never got any response.

After a while i noticed the same pictures were used on aliexpress. Which are max 20 euros each. (50% cheaper than reitertasche)

When you confront them on their instagram they will not even try to defend their product if you comment anything about dropship, they will remove the comment and/or block you

I would recommend not order from this store but just right away from aliexpress. Ships faster, its way cheaper and you will get exactly the same product

The seller doesnt know what it is selling and doesnt care about its (potential) buyers. (At least that is how it's being reflected)

This is a really beautiful, well-made bag and I can’t wait to start using it! Customer Service was quick to respond to Questions, and the delivery was fast! The company had reached out to tell me that the delivery might be delayed, but it got here right on time. I really love this bag and I am planning to purchase another one for a friend as a gift.

Problem with the transport agency but good customer service from Reitertasche

2 étoiles qui en vaudront 4 si je reçois la facture demandée...Je connais bien la sacoche, puisque j' avais déjà commandé la même, il y a environs 6 ans, payée 26 euros à l'époque! . Elle est très pratique, tien bien en place, le tissu du dessus est très solide. Seule faiblesse: dans le temps,les fermetures éclaire plastiques se déforment , ( ne pas trop charger la sacoche) et la doublure intérieur en viscose craquelle serait-il, peut être, judicieux de doubler avec une matière plus résistante ,... j'y rentrais une petite bouteille de 25 cl, clés et portable ;))

I had a rush order and wasn’t sure it would get delivered before my wife’s birthday, I had contacted them via email and asked if there was anything possible that they could do in order to receive my order earlier, they said they would do there best to accommodate me. I received the package the day before my wife’s birthday and was surprised! The communication with this company was great and professional, I would highly recommend them and would certainly order from them again! Phil

The test of a good company is how they recover when things go wrong. I ordered a bag for delivery before Christmas. After I ordered it, the company said there would be a delay. They then sent several follow up mails to say the package was not lost but on its way. They continued to reply and keep me informed. They even followed up when Yodel cocked up. So yes I was disappointed, but very pleased with how they handled the delay. The product was great when it finally arrived.

Great communication from start to finish, and the item I purchased arrived on time and very well packaged. I live in New Zealand and despite being on the other side of the world, it was still very easy dealing with Reitertasche.

Ich kann mich nur ärgern, dass ich mir vor der Bestellung die Bewertungen nicht durchgelesen habe.
Zum Glück habe ich mit PayPal bezahlt u werde mir auf diese Weise mein Geld zurückholen.

The thigh buckle didn't last more than a few rides. Needs to be elastized or strapped much looser than their models show.

Terrible company. May even be a scam. I ordered as a gift on 8th December and it never turned up. They keep sending weird emails, saying stuff like if it hadn’t arrived then it may be delayed or delivered to a neighbour.
Finally after many requests for a tracking number, they tell me they found it had been sent to the wrong delivery centre. What does that even mean?

Then today they send me a tracking link but it’s not to a delivery company but their own website with tracking info. If it was a legitimate tracking link it would go to a logistics company. I’m going to get my card company to do a charge back. I’m reasonably certain it’s a scam.
Also check their reviews… very low or their product doesn’t turn up or is poor quality.

Dieses Unternehmen ist in über 50 Jahren eines der unseriösesten Unternehmen welches ich kennen gelernt habe. Ich warne davor und bitte alle Reiterinnen und Reitere die Finger davor zu lassen. Ich versuche, trotz Paypalzahlung und versicherter Retoure wieder an mein Geld zu kommen. Ich habe die Ware nach Ankunft noch nicht mal geöffnet. Keine Antwort. Ich stehe kurz davor den Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten. Ware ist viel zu teuer, vergleichbare Ware im Netz für ca 18 Euro, dann eine Flut an Mails obwohl die Ware noch gar nicht da ist. Ein Widerruf wird nicht akzeptiert etc etc. Nie wieder, ich WARNE !!!!

1 Stern ist einer zuviel!! Ich hätte gerne null gegeben.
Nachdem ich 6 Wochen beim ersten Mal auf eine Lieferung gewartet habe und diese angeblich von DHL bei mir zugestellt wurde, wollte ich mein Geld zurück. "Wir schicken Ihnen noch mal eine." na gut. Weitere 3 Wochen später ist sie immer noch nicht da und ich fordere mein Geld ein zweites Mal zurück. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon sagt, dass sie sie doch losgeschickt hätte. 1 Stunde später bekomme ich eine DHL-Benachrichtigung. Mehrfache Diskussionen per E-Mail und Telefon später bestehen sie darauf, dass ich doch die Tasche nehme. NEIN!
Es geht zum Anwalt.

Fürchterlicher laden !
Erst kann man die Bestellung nach der Mitteilung, dass die Lieferung noch 4 Wochen dauern wird nicht stornieren. Dann soll man auf Mitteilung des Unternehmens bitte die Rücksendung nutzen und diese soll man noch selber zahlen!
Und als wäre das nicht genug, gibt es die identische Tasche auf anderen Plattformen für den halben Preis und diese kommt sogar zwei Tage nach Bestellung an ( es ist 1:1 die Tasche nur mit einem anderen Logo!)
50€ (und das war der reduzierte Preis) normalerweise wären es 80€!!! Für so einen schlechten Service und scheinbar gar nicht so „teure“ Qualität, finde ich sehr dreist.
4 Wochen Versand innerhalb Deutschlands finde ich auch ziemlich schwierig. Und als wäre das nicht genug, kann man nicht mal auf der Seite direkt eine Bewertung abgeben und wird durch die positiven Bewertungen noch absolut verarscht auf gut deutsch.

placed an order in Nov 2023 order didnt arrive and still hasnt and they wont refund my money , however they sent out a new item in Jan 2024 even after I told them numerous times I did not want a new item as had to buy a new gift and this was no longer required ! its now 28th Feb 2024 and still emailing them and not willing to refund my monies so that's 2 items they have as I returned 1 they sent out and the other never arrived .. this company is appalling has no customer service and dose not help or listen to customer ! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
