POOR , POOR SERVICE THROUGHOUT…
Was sold a package from EE for broadband, phone, mobile phones. Its just a sham that the shop side of EE never put anything in place with the mobile phones (apart from the wrong pricing) they just lied to me, this was in April 2025.
I have been dealing with customer services for the next few months. Both customer services in the uk and also business in Asia.
Customer services should be re named to the no help team, or the next team of lies, or the not call you back when promised to team. Other names i have for them are not repeatable, i gave a 12 star rating as i had to give something in order to right this, I wish you had a minus star rating that would be more in line with the service i have been given. I was initially given a case number 26948164it was closed 3 times without me being told and it still has not been sorted.
Most of the names of people i have spoken too are from the Asian team. Names like SWANALI, ANGELA, RADHA, ANTARA, ANSHUL, The list goes on plus a lot of names that i did not even get.
Most of the time i have not been called back, i have been promised by a number of the above names that they will get it sorted, as the song goes I'm still waiting.
Should have had yet another call back today, starting to thing EE phones are not working
