About 3 months ago I had Mommy Makeover with Dr. Wilberto Cortes. I'm so happy with my results!! I never had this body in my whole entire life, I was always Pettie lady with no shape. He did 12 hours surgeries almost 0 complications. They answered every phone call and text even when if it was after hours. One day I called I wanted to see doctor because I wanted to show him something on my body and them both (Wilberto Cotes and his wife (who is also doctor)) were waiting at the main door for me. His staff is very encouraging, positive, and honest. If they do not know something they always confirm with Dr. Cortes or his wife, I felt very safe under their care.

Most of his staff is RNs and everyone else work with him has professional Certification or License (I confirmed that before my surgery)

Again, I'M SO HAPPY with my results, the best decision I could make was choosing Dr Cortes. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I did it! I just had my wonder breast augmentation with doctor Cortes two days ago! It was an amazing experience and I am surprised every day by how the process evolves and by my look! I was always so self-aware because of the lack of boobs and always felt inadequate and not feminine enough. I became being more and more shy and avoided any situations when I should have been in charge, even at work, or at my kids school. There were days when I was thinking I could do so much more, but when it came down to it, I rarely did anything at all. I just didn’t feel right and I was always trying to hide myself in the background so other people won’t see how inadequate I am. And it was all my breasts. I remember being such a happy child and teenager until it started to happen. Every one of my friends was growing boobs but not me. And when it was obvious that it is not going to happen for me, I started to shy away. My parents thought it is just teenage hormones, young adults, things like this. I tried once to talk to my mom but she didn’t understand my struggle. I was so busy with hiding that I didn’t even think there are solutions for my issues until some time ago. It was actually my mother in law that started a conversation about a nice of hers that had the breast augmentation surgery and how much it changed her and now she has a new job and a new partner and it is difficult to recognize her. Now I am recovering and happier than I’ve ever been. My breasts are so big and so high on the chest wall, sometimes I feel that it is not me anymore! But then I remember it is me, just a more courageous me. I can’t tell you much about the recovery, I just started to get off the bed more after two days of mostly sleeping. The pain is not easy to endure, but I know it is all worth it.

What is really impressive about dr. Cortes is his ability to talk to different people and recognize the best course of action even when the body is not in its best shape. I found dr. Cortes in a group on facebook where women were talking about the post-pregnancy body. When I first heard them mention him, I didn’t check things further, but when he kept coming up in different conversations, I just got curious. And now I am so happy that I did. I first checked his facebook profile, then went to the sites and social media. I’ve seen so many pics of amazing transformations for his patients, I knew I have to see him and see what he can say or what he has in store for me. I was so looking forward to a bit of hope of improvement for my body that was making me so disappointed every day. The clothes didn’t fit me well since after the first pregnancy and I so wanted to look good again that I scheduled a consultation with him straight away. I didn’t even know if I had the money, but I knew that I will do my best to get a body like the other patients he had.
Dr. Cortes has been nothing short from a miracle maker in my case. There are still days when neither me or my husband believe that this is how I look now. I had the hourglass tummy tuck with dr. Cortes and now I’m all curves and voluptuous, to the extent that my husband noticed me at a garden party some friends were throwing and said he thought I was the sexiest woman there. This meant the world to me and I am very grateful for dr. Cortes and his talent. I now look the best ever and I am also the happiest I’ve ever been.

To say I love my new breasts would be an understatement. I absolutely adore them and I couldn’t recommend doctor Cortes enough! Doctor Cortes did an amazing job and got me the boobs of my dreams. Things couldn’t have been better, my breasts really look better than in my wildest fantasies. And it is not just me noticing this, is everyone around me, my parents, my husband. If I knew I would feel so good about them, I would have probably done it long ago. If you are interested in finding out details about getting bigger boobs with doctor Cortes I can tell you that it is simple and efficient. Doctor Cortes has a great system and some lovely people working with him. I felt looked after at all times and very well taken care of. I liked that I could contact Janiris and ask questions, this was so good, especially after the surgery when I wanted to do everything right so I recover quickly.
After seeing doctor Cortes for the consultation, I got the estimate from Brianna and once it was agreed, the surgery was scheduled. I had the wonder breast augmentation with gummy bear implants, a very good choice if you’d ask me. The implants are 420 ccs and they look absolutely perfect. They are on the larger side, I wanted something impressive as I am not a fan of moderation and doctor Cortes agreed they will look good on me. When I woke up from the anesthesia I felt like I was hit by a bus, but in a few hours I was actually ready to go home. For three days I stayed in bed most of the time, I took my pills, but pain didn’t subside completely. If we are realistic here, it hurts when you step on a lego, it is normal to hurt when you get implants inside the breasts. I don’t understand those patients complaining that pain was intense. Well, it is surgery, and you know exactly what you are getting yourself into, especially if you have a doctor like doctor Cortes who will make it a priority to give you all the details before even scheduling the surgery. It takes a few months for things to settle and after this the breasts settle and drop and soften and they are a joy to look at!

If you want a good surgeon, but also a friend and a real support network, then you must have your surgery with dr. Cortes! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I had him on my team when getting the breast augmentation that I was hoping for since I was 13. I only had to wait 10 years for my dream to come true, but thanks to dr. Cortes it did and now I have breasts that draw a lot of attention each time I go to the beach! There are so many things that I do differently now that my breasts are bigger, it is hard to imagine before the surgery all the ways that my life would change. Now I think back at some things and it is hard to believe it was me.
Doctor Cortes was amazing, in all honestly, he did magic things not only to my breasts, but also to my morale. He is the kind of doctor that really gives a damn about his patients. When seeing him for the first time I remember I was thinking that he looks so young and still he is so experienced. Lots of patients have went through his hands and from what I have seen on his social media, most of it is real art. When I went to see him I was defensive, didn’t know what to expect and how everything will be.

I was not a bit, but a lot scared of getting the surgery, but I really wanted to look good again after having three babies that have completely f*ucked up the way my tummy looked. I tried exercising, but nothing changed. I lost a bit of weight, but the tummy was the same. I needed help and this is when I found dr. Cortes who gave me the most beautiful hourglass figure that ever existed on earth. When I see him for check ups I always ask if I am the patient with the best results ever and he laughs and says that my results are really great! Dr. Cortes is amazing and the thing he does with the hourglass procedures is impressive. I was completely into it even before the consultation and after seeing the pics of other patients online, but it is hard to believe how it actually looks until you saw it on you.
