I ordered some jeans from this company through tik tok. The courier provider was Yodel and on the day of delivery the driver took a picture for “proof of delivery” but it wasn’t at my front door. I went to check after received delivery email and it was missing. I contacted to company to issue me a refund but they refused me multiple times. Their customer service is awful, they were not listening to what I was saying. Kept giving the same answer that because there was “proof of delivery” they won’t give me a refund. I will never order from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they will happily take your money and you will not receive your product.

They claim to ship all items purchased but they do not !

I've been an affiliate for them for months and no one has paid me any of my commissions.

Never ever buy from this company. Terrible customer service & no such thing as sympathy bunch of liars who put up a face when on live. I had a missing item in my order which i messaged them about and they showed no sort of remorse to try to solve the issue. I even sent them proof of the missing items via cctv footage at my work place & they seemed to not care at all.
I was even told that ‘its not our problem’
Which i find really unprofessional and i felt accused. Do not order from this company.

Ignored all emails and messages regarding a missing order, first time I've treated myself in years and I've been left disappointed.

Keep getting ignored on all of your socials now. I regards to faulty jeans iv even contacted you on your TikTok lives but nobody is responding

Never ordered or spoken to the customer service etc, I’m going through my TikTok shop and saw that you guys were live so I clicked on it as I saw some bits I had liked and it said “you had been blocked”? 😆and I’m not really sure to why as I’ve never ordered from here but I guess “it is what it is” 🤷🏽‍♀️x

Sent me faulty product then banned me from their Tik Tok for leaving a 1 star. And refusing to return
