I too have had the experience of not getting AT ALL what I ordered. I discovered the company office is registered in China which makes the normal route of returns and refunds impossible. I should have read up on the company first and have learned my lesson!

I cannot believe I was so stupid to spend 45 pounds with this company without reading the reviews. No idea why I didn't as I normally do so without fail. Anyway this company is total rip off. I have basically spent that money on 4 small pieces of plastic. I am fuming. Can't believe they can get away with this. Lesson learned.

Oh my gosh. DO NOT use this company. Ho to Walmart and buy it for 75% less. The photos are fake.

Don't waste your money, bought a key ring with a cockapoo in it that looked good on the photo. It is the cheapest most tacky thing I have soon. Still waiting from a reply from relaxpact for a refund.

This company sell cheap crap that is nothing like the product shown. They also refuse to abide by the trading laws of this company and try to offer a small refund instead of what you are entitled to. Do not buy from these people.

Not worth one star very disappointed, costvwith p@p over £,16,very deceiving photo,actually utter rubbish thought it was a solid , it was a flat piece of plastic, wasn't even worth 50p

If you would like a lovely decoration for your Christmas tree - don’t buy from Relaxpact! If you do you will receive a bit of plastic cut out as a Christmas tree with a rubbish picture stuck on it. It will not resemble the advert in any shape or form. This is a total con and for £16 daylight robbery! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

You should ban this company from selling anything guitar decorations complete tat !!!

I just bought a key ring. On the ad it showed as a westie lying asleep between nested carved wings.
What turned up was a cheap piece of plastic with a picture of wings and dog on it. Estimated cost for this tat probably 50p. Cost to buy plus p+p £18.45.
Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole ever again. Nor should you.

Ordered the Xmas decoration with guitars looked great on the picture but what a load of old tat in reality. That's £16 I'll never see again!!

Utter rubbish. I ordered the hanging guitars for the Christmas tree as it looked very nice on the website, plus it looks 3D. When it arrived yesterday I couldn't believe it. Just a bit of plastic with a dull picture of guitars stuck to it. Total tat.

Looks nothing like the picture. I thought I was buying a lovely fluffy Westie in a stocking. Ended up being a cheap bit of plastic with a picture of a Westie in it. Certainly not worth the amount I paid.

I bought a Christmas tree guitar ornament for a young friend who loves guitars. I wished I had looked at the reviews first, as what arrived looked very different to the advertised ornament. It looked almost 3D in the advert, with no obvious plastic surrounding it, but a flat peice of plastic with pictures of guitars on it arrived. For this privilege, I paid £16.40 (inc postage)

As other customers have said, I wish I'd checked with other reviews before ordering. Product nothing like picture - what a scam! I ordered 2 French poodle Christmas tree ornaments which looked like 3d objects in the photo. They were not cheap, but looked good and were going to be present. What I received today were photos of dogs on a piece of plastic! Complete rubbish. How is this firm still in business and how do I get my money back!!

This company sucks, poorly ran garbage . Ordered a birthday gift 3 weeks in advance, still nothing . Do not use these clowns. Big scam. Don't waste your time with this circus.

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first before buying this overpriced piece of tat. I bought a key fob which, to all intents and purposes, looked like a 3D pic of our dog. Waited some considerable time for this to arrive and when it did, was mortified to find it was just a 2d pic attached to a piece of plastic. Advice? - avoid at all costs

Very disappointed with my order of a Christmas tree decoration.
The image displayed on the website was nothing like the item I received which was a piece of poor quality printed plastic.
I would not order from this company again and would give no stars if that was an option.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ do not buy this utter rubbish 😑 nothing like advertised you receive a tiny print of your dog in between some nasty plastic its garbage and my purchase was 36 dollar wow its disgusting, I would pay a dollar 💵 they offered me 10% money back what a nerve and on my next purchase, I'm furious 😠 😡 so hope you look at these reviews before buying what looks like a beautiful carved figure.
