I returned the item within the completely unreasonable one-week return window mandated by the company, but they never returned my money in spite of admitting that they received my return as stated. Don't get ripped off, as I did! Addendum: When I responded to the company's "concerned" reply, they gave me the same run-around again. Relaxpact makes it impossible to return anything. Order at your own risk.

It took a long time for my package to arrive. When I contacted customer service, they said the package had been delivered. No package was delivered. Proof of delivery was not provided. Again, I told them it had not been delivered and they told me tracking number says it was delivered.

After receiving your reply I can understand how you might not have control over what happens when using a third person delivery. The US mail service often lacks ability to deliver and reroutes many times. In no way is this a negative review of Relaxpact. The product is really good quality. Kudos to Relaxpact.

If I could leave no stars I would !! For a start the “acrylic” shih tzu keyring turned up cheap plastic (now peeling!) made of cheap thin plastic kid you not the quality is horrendous for the price I paid all in all with shipping 22$ it’s turned up and I was furious it’s not what it looks like in ther advertisement for sure trust me !!! It’s like some sort of sticker stuck on a wing shaped thin plastic keyring so anyway tried 4 times to get my money back and send the rubbish back to them and it was like getting blood out of a stone alls they wer saying we give you discount for when you next shop (which is never and I told them this) I was in my rights I was sold something that weren’t what it was saying it was anyway I get back a refund in all works out 3.25£ in English money after they sed they would take it back but it would cost me a further 7.99$ to return and they wouldn’t be able to reimburse me that back plus what they owed this isn’t no joke don’t shop here the quality is poor save your money seriously !!

WE LOVE THE BLANKET - THE WORDS WERE SO MEANINGFUL AND TRUE THAT WHEN I READ THEM TO MY WIFE, I GOT EMOTIONAL. THE BLANKET IS SO SOFT MY WIFE LOVES IT. I WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE ANOTHER BLANKET. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE.
