Currently I have been without air for over 2 days. I have a sick daughter and she just had treatment. Last week 2 different techs came out because system was clicking on and off. 1st tech cleared line , but later in evening system was still clicking on and off. 2nd tech came in 2 days and said 1st tech did not clean system all the way. After he left system started to make sounds and just stop cooling all together. Called office again could not get appt until today. Was informed need new motor and it will take another 3 to 4 days. I asked the tech since I've had someone here 3 times and everything had been looked at why wasn't this mentioned? What got me was that the tech stated he was not here a few days ago, which was untrue, caught him a lie. Reminded him of the conversation that was held. Lost trust, he said it was not in system, I said not my problem. I purchased this unit 7 yrs ago and paid alot of money. I had it serviced in 2025 and every year. Reliable changed the way they were handling their maintenance and service about 2 yrs ago, but I still paid for service. They want to charge me $880.00, and feel I should not have to pay for a motor since it has not been that long and unit had been serviced timely. Now have to go to a hotel or something because it is to hot to stay and my daughter illness. Very upset!!! Still under warranty!! Please advise!!!

My air conditioning stopped cooling on Thursday, July 2, 2026. I contacted your company immediately and was advised that the earliest available service appointment was Wednesday, July 8. Although this meant being without air conditioning for six days during a period of extreme heat with temperatures in the 90s, I accepted the appointment.
At approximately 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, I received a text message advising that my scheduled appointment could not be kept and suggesting that I reschedule for Saturday. Because the message was sent so late in the evening, I did not see it until the following morning.
When I contacted your company, I was told the cancellation was due to a shortage of manpower. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, they should not result in customers who lease your equipment being left without air conditioning for an extended period during dangerous summer temperatures. Nor should a scheduled appointment be canceled with such little notice after I had already waited nearly a week for service.

For whatever reason my purchase of the equipment instead of leasing it was never recorded at your office. My check for $15,948.00 was cashed and you have been paid. Please get this settled.

One tech whining about being in the attic after noon (part of the job description), and he called out a few times causing reschedules. Now I am in a place that the furnace likely needs to be replaced for a properly running system, which will cost twice as much at this point. Would have made a different decision up front if I had been warned of the issues that I am now dealing with being a possibility. Best price out of 5 quotes, but apparently you get what you pay for, which is not great performance.

This is the biggest scam of a company! They installed an HVAC unit and less than two months later in the winter time with me having a 17month old baby it flooded my attic.
