Extremely disappointed with the purchase and installation experience of two LG ACs (AS-Q18DNXE) purchased from Reliance Digital, Gangapur Road, Nashik.

The installation was carried out by Shivam Enterprises, and both AC units started facing water leakage issues immediately after installation, clearly indicating poor workmanship and improper installation. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups for over a month, the issue remains unresolved.

I personally visited the showroom and was assured that the problem would be resolved within a day, but even after a week, no technician visited and no action was taken.

I was also charged approximately ₹7,116 for installation materials such as copper pipe, drain pipe, tape, and other accessories without any prior estimate, explanation, or approval. The charges were communicated only after the work was completed, which is highly unprofessional and lacks transparency. The invoice provided was handwritten and did not contain a clear breakup of charges.

The installation quality was poor. The wall openings created for piping were left unsealed, creating risks of water seepage, pest entry, and damage to the property. The installation area was also left unfinished and unclean.

Most concerning is that complaints registered through the service portal were reportedly closed without resolution and without my consent.

I expected professional service from a reputed brand like Reliance Digital and LG, but the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be cautious and ensure complete transparency regarding installation charges and workmanship before proceeding.

I hope Reliance Digital takes this matter seriously and resolves the issues promptly.

I had a very bad experience with Reliance Digital Dharashiv Branch. After purchasing an AC, I had to wait almost 20 days for the installation. Even after continuous follow-ups, calls, and reminders, there was no proper response from the staff or service team.

The staff and service center people kept misleading me every time by giving different excuses and false updates. There was no proper coordination, and it felt like nobody was taking customer concerns seriously. The entire service process was highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

While purchasing the product, they make big promises, but after the sale, the customer service becomes completely careless. A customer should not have to chase the staff every single day just to get a basic installation done.

This was one of the worst retail service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly suggest people think twice before purchasing anything from this branch.

Reminder – 6

This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It has been several days since I raised my complaint, yet there is still no resolution.

How many more working hours or days do you need to resolve a simple service issue? Your team keeps giving the same response that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but no action has been taken so far.

There seems to be no accountability, no follow-up, and no concern for customer inconvenience. The delay has crossed all reasonable limits.

I am once again requesting an immediate resolution of my complaint. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will proceed with filing a complaint before the Consumer Forum and share my experience on public platforms.

Disappointed with Reliance Digital’s after-sales service.

I bought a Carrier Split AC with installation, but despite repeated follow-ups and complaints, the installation was delayed with no engineer assigned or clear timeline provided.

Customer support only gave generic responses without resolving the issue, even after escalation.

The delay affected my business operations and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

False commitment - Reliance digital Kalyan Khadakpada branch

Even after multiple bad experiences, we still bought new washing machine from Reliance digital, Kalyan - Khadakpada (PIN 421301) branch. While purchasing store rep agreed to pickup the old washing machine for the fixed price of 1200 Rs. Infact they come up with this price looking at the system. During payment, we have been told old machine's cost will be paid by the person who will come to pick the old machine. Now its been 10 days, no1 has turned up neither call being answered by Reliance staff. Even customer care is sitting on my 3 complaints and wants to get rid of my complaints by asking e to connect with branch as customer care supports only after sales services. This is more frustrating to know, they are prioritising after sales services over false commitments to sale products.

Relince Digital A Fraud

At the time of purchase, store representatives categorically confirmed that the TV would be delivered and installed on 23.05.2026. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. However, despite the clear commitment, the TV has neither been delivered nor installed till date, i.e. 24.05.2026 at around 1:00 PM.
On contacting the store, different excuses were given, including that AC deliveries were being prioritized and that there was some technical issue at the godown. Further, the store staff has now stopped responding and is not picking up my calls. The store contact number is 79777 71983.
This amounts to a false commitment and misrepresentation at the time of sale. It is a fraud company.

EXTREMELY POOR BEHIEBOUR OF STAFF - PALAMPUR BRANCH

AT PALAMPUR BRANCH. Extremely poor Behibour of staff. They are very good till we make the payment. Once we do the payment, they are supposed n the top world. EXTREMELY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE. NO WONDER THEY HAVE 1.3 RATING. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND TO GO TO RELIENCE DIGITAL. IF I HAD A CHANCE, I WILL GIVE THEM ZERO RATING.

I purchased a TV from the Reliance…

I purchased a TV from the Reliance Digital. At the time of purchase, the executive informed me that my old TV would be exchanged for Rs.1,500. However, later I received a call saying the exchange value would be only Rs.500. Even after this, no one has come to collect the old TV till now.

I really do not understand what kind of customer service or commitment this is. Additionally, the Branch Manager promised to provide a freebie (Electric Kettle) during the purchase. They initially said the stock was unavailable, and even after one month they are still giving the same reason.

It is disappointing to experience this kind of response from a reputed company like Reliance. Customers trust your brand and expect proper commitments and service. Because of this experience, I feel disappointed and may avoid purchasing products from this store in the future.

Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

This is my recent experience with Reliances digital belgavi Karnataka
I purchased a Haier 1.5 ton Ac on 1st may first of all it was a late delivery and even for installation they made me wait for a week and now after using the AC for a week the Ac has stopped functioning n no one from the reliance digital is responding nor sendinh any technician for repair

I brought my Hitachi AC on 26th Jan…

I brought my Hitachi AC on 26th Jan 2026 for my 76 year old mother. Until today, i.e. 18th May 2026, the AC is still not working. I contacted Customer Service Head and CEO Desk, they are not doing anything other than apology emails. Please don't buy anything from them. Don't be the scape goats by buying from them.

Substandard after sales services

This is my worst experience with customer support.One should avoid buying from reliance digital because they turn indifferent after the purchase is through even though the buyer is paying for services.

Very Poor after sales services…

Very Poor after sales services provided, no communication and coordination. Such a pathetic and bad experience. I won't recommend buying any electronics or electrical items from Reliance Digital Store

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I purchased 6products in reliance digital within twi months worth rupees more than 1.5lakh. -In that my ilife robot vacuum cleaner got minor repair. I called customer care they are like lazy people, won't respond properly, I'm telling them to register complaint as high priority still the lady who picks call won't registered complaint. It is more than 10 days and I called them more than 50times but no solution from them.
- When I purchased dishwasher, they delivered next day that is good, but the technician who comes for the installation that fellow came after 4 days and just told this works like this and this, he didn't show me demo. I watched YouTube and started it.
- The handy vacuum cleaner, I purchased eurekha forbes handy vacuum cleaner the first day only it is not working, they haven't show demo while purchasing. When I took it to store they told me you have damaged the pipe and the cist of pipe is 1000rupees. Still it is in repair mode.

Never ever visit reliance store in belgaum they are frauds.

I purchased an AC from Reliance…

I purchased an AC from Reliance Digital, and it arrived completely damaged at the time of delivery. This clearly shows a lack of quality control and negligence. Despite repeatedly raising complaints, neither a replacement nor a refund has been provided. This kind of careless and irresponsible service is absolutely unacceptable. They are wasting customers’ time and money. I will never purchase from here again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Reliance Digital is very disappointing

Reliance Digital is very disappointing. I bought a laptop from there, and both the employees and the manager gave false information. When the laptop started having issues, instead of fixing it, they kept delaying and behaved very rudely. I would not recommend buying anything from there.

The worst service by RELIANCE DIGITAL

This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I genuinely do not understand why anyone would choose to shop here.
I ordered an air conditioner through their online website, and it was delivered on the 19th/20th of April. At the time of purchase, I was clearly promised that installation would be completed the very next day. However, it has now been over a week, and I am still waiting.
Since delivery, I have:
Called customer care multiple times every single day
Registered a formal complaint
Followed up repeatedly, hoping for some accountability
Despite all this, there has been absolutely no resolution.
What makes this situation worse is that I have already paid the full amount. There is no pending payment, no issue from my side—yet I am the one being made to wait endlessly. Why should a customer who has paid in full have to chase a company just to receive a basic promised service?
My family has been forced to sleep in unbearable heat for an entire week because of this delay. This is not just an inconvenience—it is complete negligence.
The customer service experience has been equally frustrating. The representatives are rude, dismissive, and seem completely uninterested once the purchase is completed. There is no ownership, no urgency, and no respect for the customer’s time or situation.
Step by step, this has been a complete failure:
False promise of next-day installation
No follow-up or scheduling from the company
Repeated calls with no concrete action
Complaint registered but ignored
Continued delay with zero accountability
This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and inconvenience for me and my family. It is unacceptable at every level.
I strongly advise everyone: do NOT purchase anything from this company. Their service is unreliable, their support is unhelpful, and their commitments mean nothing.
Absolutely disgraceful.

One of worst service of reliance from…

One of worst service of reliance from store to customer care. First they trap you to buy products inclusing installation and service and after payment they think they have given the product for free. No one turns up for serive and installation. Better to buy from some reliable dealers reliance digital is just for name sake. Worst dealers of products on earth.
