The wheel's tyre came off my wheelchair while I was crossing the road, got in touch with ReliMobility and they got on to the manufacturer straight away and arranged a replacement wheelchair as quick as they could. They stayed in touch throughout the process. Can't fault them at all... if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Took ages to process order for rollator. Said they would advise when deliver would take place. No advice of delivery. Poor customer service. Not only the above but has taken them 6 months to reply to this review

Easy to navigate website, found exactly what I needed for a good price. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and kind. I would recommend this company to friends and family or anyone with mobility needs.

Ordering was so easy as seen this walker being used, after the lady showed me how it worked went on site 2 hours later on thursday, then it was so easy to order and pay then friday monring at 10.15am it was deliveryed, the only thing was foot plates missing, sent email but did not think i would here back but i did from John telling me i would get them wednesday and how sorry he was they was missing, well wednesday they was here and i cannot beleave how good the service has been so good and i love my walker/wheelchair

Straightforward ordering and delivery.
Getting a spare part was uncomplicated and dealt with promptly and courteously.

From initial contact to delivery service was excellent. Helpful telephone response, took time to check whether every colour was currently in stock. Wheelchair arrived next day to my surprise (standard delivery) everything was fine. No hesitation in using this company again.

I contacted Relimobility via their website initially after searching the net for suppliers of a carbon fibre rollator for my 19 year old daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. We were interested in a light weight, compact folding Walker for around the home and out and about as her school Walker is too big to manoeuvre around the home easily and doesn’t fold for travel and storage well. I received a reply very quickly by e mail, and was able to arrange a time to view and trail the rollator at a time convenient to us during the following week which was a school holiday and was advised that stock was available should I wish to purchase following our trial on the day, along with information regarding ordering and home delivery if needed.
On arrival we were welcomed and shown a couple of different light weight rollators which my daughter trialled around the show room. We had questions answered and were given full details regarding the Walker, and purchased on the day. We were offered a choice of colours and supported very well through the whole experience.
Our boxed Walker was opened to check everything was there before leaving to start our journey back to Leicestershire. The rollator lives up to its name- very light weight yet sturdy, compact, easy to use, and fold and very smooth running. It’s amazing indoors and out and Molly is doing really well with it. It has a carrying bag and little seat which and great extras, and a small elastic clip to keep the frame firmly closed together when folded for travel.

Think this was my 4th purchase from Relimobility and did not disappoint again. Spoke to two people on the helpline and both were really helpful and nothing was too much to ask.
Delivery arrived in the time frame given. Didn’t pay for next day but got one item the next day, win win!

I purchased a Rollz flex 2 rollator, that arrived the next day. I am very pleased with the rollator as it was just what I wanted. Excellent service from RM and I’m sure to use this company again in the future.

I discovered this company through online searches for a rollator. I received excellent service from first contact through to the purchase of a Rollz Motion. They arranged for the Rollz sales director to visit me at home to view and test the product in relation to my needs. Relimobility answered further questions and I have now purchased the Rollz. Delivery was incredibly quick. The price was very competitive. I aim to purchase further products from this company.

Excellent service. Ordered 1 day, and the next it was delivered by parcel force.

Searched for 3 function clips for rollz motion rollator and found the best value with ReliMobility and also low cost delivery. My delivery arrived today in good time and in pristine condition. Its not often im complimentary where deliveries are concerned. THANKS FOR A RARE TREAT.

Had the scooter we wanted in stock for a very good price, and offered delivery to Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, UPS refused to deliver it for no obvious reason, but John was on it immediately, making sure the item got back to them, and then working hard in difficult circumstances to find another courier who would deliver it for a reasonable price.

John worked diligently to get our order to us on time, and was polite and had information ready for us every time I called. The scooter is brilliant, but the company is better.

I phoned customer service to ask a polite question . Which size rollator would I need to buy? Instead of receiving the guaranteed polite friendly customer service I got a VERY rude lady who told me that I need to get in touch with the supplier ( fair enough ) but I thought that since they sold this particular make they would be able to help me. No way. The way she spoke was terrible customer service .. so dismissive and rude.

Amazing service . Very quick delivery . Goods arrived in perfect condition . Great choice of wheelchairs at very affordable competitive price . Absolutely delighted .

The item works well, I bought it to see if it would help my wife with the cooker knobs and other such things, but unfortunately my wife, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, can’t seem to cope with it!

I HAVE GOT MY GO OUT ROLLATOR,DELIVERED LAST WEEK I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE ROLLATOR APART FROM THE BAG, IT IS NOT VERY SAFE, IT FALLS OFF, AND WHEN I AM SITTING ON THE ROLLATOR, IT WOULD BE VERY EASY FOR SOMEONE TO SNATCH IT OFF THE HOOKS, AS I FACE THE OTHER WAY,YOUR SEVICE IS GREAT THE PARCEL ARRIVED SAFE UNDAMAGED, THANK YOU.

My experience with Relimobility has been a good one. I recently purchased an Acre Overland Rollator from them, after researchinģ various sellers. Their price was the best and the online purchase easy to do. The rollator was delivered, as promised, in good time and arrived in excellent condition. I love the product and am looking forward to using it on holiday very soon.
