Donât waste your time and money!
This product requires set up on two circles to be put on your back. There is a great difficulty to keep taking them off and on to start up and adjust. I have tried and tried and I never got them adjusted to feel anything. I think the whole thing is useless and very awkward.
I think I have to send back to China which is two hundred dollars. Money back is deceptive!
Delivery may be delayed due to international transport
It took over a month to receive the order. When I contacted customer service they were very helpful. So far the product seems to be working ok, although have only been using it a little over a week. Time will tell how effective it is.

I have a herniated disc and two bulging discs and spinal stenosis and I only been using the machine for three or four days and it seems to help alleviate some of the pain. Hopefully it will continue to alleviate the pain.

Iâve had chronic back pain in my L4, L5, S1 and newly discovered laque on my pirfomis muscle . Tried epidurals, meds, PT, not much helped.

Well Worth the Money
It took a while till the product was delivered. However, once received, it seems to be functioning properly. I have already noticed some relief with my spinal stenosis pain, though only on the 4th day of the 90 day plan. So far, it is well worth the money.

I was rather sceptical about thisâŠ
I was rather sceptical about this product at the beginning. I think I started out with the wrong placement of the pads on my spine, going across, as shown by the plan booklet! But I then found out that the pads should be vertical either side of my spine. Since then Iâve had some relief from the pain from Spinal Stenosis pushing me forward. I am in the seventh week of the initial program and I must admit that I am able to stand a little bit longer. My back feels a bit better than previously but I still get the pressure to lean forward and that causes me to crank my head back when walking. This action gives me some discomfort and pain in my shoulders and neck. Iâm continuing with the program and hope that I can get some more relief, I must admit that the customer support from Chamberlie has been helpful and informative, and the replies have been very quick and positive. To be honest with Spinal Stenosis, being dragged through the UK NHS system for 6 years and seeing different doctors you start to grab at straws to get some sort of relief! I have tried supporting belts that say that they are the answer, sleeping with special back cushions and other products that say they are going to fix it! I have not had any luck with them. I must admit that this system has slightly changed my mind, I think that thereâs been some changes to my body due to sticking to the programme. I donât know how long it will be effective but I am giving it the best possible chance to work. I am not of the illusion that it is going to fix everything, but the relief and mental feeling of being able to do something and regain some sort of better posture is a major bonus. I have given four stars because I am still hoping for the best possible outcome and will review this in the future. Hereâs hoping.

Great communication advising of delay after storm damage to factory. The product is great well presented and after a week of use it is helping my back pain which I have had for 40 plus years after a back operation on discs 4/5 in 1983.

The product has been excellent with clear directions for use.
However, the only snag that stopped me giving 5 star reviews did not fall under the quality of the product, but in the delivery.
I received the main item eventually but not the extra pads ordered at the same time. This I believe is due to the U.K. delivery company chosen (Everi) a company I personally would never use and been known to pay extra for delivery to avoid them.
It is working!
After 3 days of twice-daily use on my back I can actually stand erect again and nightime back pain has started to diminish. I am hopeful things will continue to improve!
