Their strongest side was guidance and structure. They know the process well, explain things clearly, and handle documentation carefully. The files were prepared properly and with attention to detail, which is what really matters in an O-1 case.

Communication was reasonably fast — not instant, but consistent and reliable. Honestly, that was more than enough for this kind of process.

The overall timeline took longer than I initially expected, but that’s mostly the nature of the O-1 process itself rather than an issue with the team. Throughout the process, they were helpful and supportive.

I strongly recommend not to apply for the UK Global Talent Visa with this agency.

I was refused for my visa on all points, and even my re-application was rejected.

They kept delaying the deadlines, and I had to push them every time to get things done.

They said they would help with my public profile, but in reality, they just gave me a list of fake activities, so I had to do everything by myself.

In the end, they refused to give me a money refund.

Overall, it was a disappointing and stressful experience. I advise others to avoid this agency if they expect professionalism and respect for their time and money.

UPD: Relogate replied below that I stopped working with them after everything was completed. That is correct, because the response from Tech Nation showed clear gaps in their understanding of the process and continuing with another application under those circumstances would have been pointless.

In addition, I had been demanding a clear strategy from them for 2–3 months. During that entire period we had only one consultation session, which offered very little value.

There was no structured plan, no guidance, and no actionable direction provided despite my repeated requests, including one direct message to Alexey Popovich that received no answer.

I contacted Relogate in 2024 to help me apply for the Talent Passport – Artist visa for France. At first, the team (Alexey and Alina) seemed professional and friendly. However, as the process went on, I started noticing they provided incorrect legal information. Despite my doubts, I trusted their expertise and followed their instructions.

When I came to the consulate to submit my application, I was told that although my professional background was strong, the entire application had been prepared incorrectly and did not meet official requirements. I had to withdraw it, which was both devastating and extremely stressful.

Relogate offered to issue a refund, but it took three months of almost daily reminders to receive my money back. Each time they had new excuses for the delay. Only after I mentioned contacting the European Consumer Rights Commission did they finally process the refund.

In the end, I redid everything myself, and realized how unprofessional Relogate’s guidance had been. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid them. This experience caused enormous stress, wasted time, and almost cost me my visa opportunity.

The team have helped me to combine, prepare and assign all required documents for the Global Talent Visa in the UK. While we had no high urgency, everything was ready at a decent pace, and we did not waste time correcting the paperwork. I trust their experience because my endorsement was given on the first try.
