The bag was packed so nicely and was as described. Vanessa made it easy to want to purchase from her! Highly recommend :)

Vanessa is so honest and real about the bags that she is showing. Her dedication to getting us the best bags that she can find and in the best condition is very honorable. Because of her sincerity, I feel very comfortable buying these vintage bags from Vanessa. So far, I own four of her bags. Each one is exactly the way that she described it. Each one is a treasure.

So happy … our first experience with Reluxed was wonderful!
Personable, tracked shipping, excellent packaging … all A+
Such a beautiful bag. I will definitely be purchasing from Reluxed again.

This is my first purchase from Reluxed Collection. The experience has been amazing - the Thursday Live Bag Drop is what makes the experience so much better because the live is well thought out, explained and sharing their honest thought about each item. It makes my decision making so much easier than just from photos. The wallet I purchased was priced fairly and was in excellent condition! I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Vannessa!

Vanessa was amazing! I asked her for more information about the bag I wanted and she was super kind and send me a little video showing me the bag and all it’s details! I was a first time buyer and the experience was awesome. Vanessa gave me the confidence to know that I was buying a great bag. The delivery was really fast! I will definitely purchase from her again. Thank you!

I’ve always been a skeptic buying online especially with something big and a luxury preloved item. But WOW! Vanessa changed everything for me. Her Thursday Live Bag drops are amazing. The price, condition and the way she presents the bags and provides the details about almost everything about each item is perfection. But you know what has blown me away even more? Customer service. Vanessa and Daniel are not just professionals at what they do, they’re patient in answering questions and make sure their customers are taken care of and happy. Thank you Vanessa and Daniel! To more Thursday Live Bag Drops!

Item was just as explained and was packaged up beautifully! Colour was perfect to match my purse.Vanessa is such a sweet heart so that’s a big bonus as well!

Vannessa is a great consigner. She is honest, her prices are fair and she makes the process easy. Buying second hand could be scary but Vannessa knows her stuff and she is not there just to make the sale. She cares about her clients, it shows! Thanks for a great bag.

Absolutely love this live show!! 7 bags down and living every week

Love the live show where you can actually see how the bag looks like on her! It easier to visualize and also love all the detail provided. Site was easy to navigate and the description listed was accurate to the condition on the product. Easy to shop on the site and process payment. Only weird thing was that the site recognized I had shopify and wouldn’t allow me back out and use sezzle. Wasn’t a big deal but after I few tries I gave up.

Quick shipping, beautiful packaging and a handwritten note!

Ease of ordering and navigating site. Came very professionally packaged and with a cute note from Vanessa. I will definitely be ordering from Reluxed again. Thank you 😊

This is my 3rd purchase from Vanessa and she is AMAZING! I appreciate every detail she puts into her business. Every bag I receive is packed carefully and I appreciate all that she does for her customers.

Vanessa hosts LIVE showings and is direct in telling where flaws are and shows the bags as clearly as she can. She is honest and I am very happy with my first purchase. I will definitely buy again and I highly recommend Reluxed Collection.

Vanessa is the sweetest, she delivers beautiful bags that look like new. I love watching her live shows she makes to show you everything about the bag before you buy so you are well informed. Her prices are well below most of the other vendors out there but the bags don’t reflect that. You’re getting a steal!

All 4 of my purchases have been a wonderful experience shopping with Reluxed collections. Thank you such amazing customer service and passion for what you do Vanessa and Daniel!

Items sold are over priced and even with complains before shipping, item will shipped and forced on you. Always check for the market price before buying the backdrop items.

When I received my purse, It was EXACTLY as I saw it on camera. I Love it!!

Timely response, excellent product descriptions and friendly customer service. Delivery times are also excellent, your item is shipped out right after ordering and arrives within a week or so.
