Fantastic Experience!

Vanessa was very pleasant and thorough when describing the bag. The quality of the bag was very good. It was well packaged and I did receive the bag in a decent amount of time. I’m very happy with my purchase. I have already purchased leather shoulder strap for my daughter’s LV Speedy. I will continue to purchase from ReLuxed. I am a collector of high-end designer bags, and this is the first time that I have purchased pre-loved.

Vannessa is very thorough with the description of the items she is selling and how the process works. She is upfront with every little detail and is very honest. Her and her husband are a great team. I am happy with my purchase from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been watching Vannessa’s (and Daniel) life show almost every Thursday for a year - she’s always so sweet and authentic - and FINALLY my fingers were quick enough - and on a vintage Gucci bag of I’ve been wanting but could never find the quality (or within my price range) I was looking for. Shipping was so speedy and the packaging was top notch and the bag… oh the bag is chefs kiss and even better than how it looked on the live show. Thank you Vannessa - I look forward to purchasing more bags from you in the future (if I can be speedy enough again lol)

I’ve purchased a number of bags and it has been a wonderful experience. The bags are beautiful and at great prices for luxury brands. Free shipping in Canada is also great and super fast!

Great service all around. Product was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than I expected. My plan is to use as a computer bag. I’ll buy again from them!

Love the fast shipping and how well everything is packaged. Thank you for giving me an excellent experience with my beautiful bags

My experience was awesome because my item arrived early, is a plus. Once I open the package I was impressed on how pristine and beautiful my bag was. OMG.

The bag I received was just how Vanessa described it on the bag drop. In person was even more amazing. But you got to have fast finger or the bag will be gone quick. Thank you so much for every live bag drop. I will be looking for a pre-love small wallet next.

Bag came in pristine condition and quick delivery.
