So far so good. No issues at all. The tub arrived as expected and setup was a breeze. Was sceptical on whether I could actually use the it due to past skin issues with chlorine ..bromine....and copper sanitizers but so far the Biguanide sanitizer I am trying has worked great. Keeping the temp cool during the summer in the mid 80's for relief of the hot summer days and will heat it up in the fall. Happy customer so far! Much better than investing $6K in a hardshell tub that ends up falling apart and sell it for $700 like I have done in the past. Can buy a brand new relxtime every year for 12 yrs for that $6K pricetag!

easy ordering

This is a great product well made at a fair price. Arrived ahead of schedule well packaged and in perfect condition.Instructions were good and we had the spa up and running in about 40 minutes.The company kept in touch the whole time with tracking numbers , shipping and delivery dates. Very impressed with this product and the company would definitely buy from them again.

Crap service- I ordered 8 filters only received 2. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare dont order from them. Amazon much cheaper and easier and faster delivery

Still waiting for weeks to return the order & get refund. Lots of email but I'm still waiting. Are you going to refund my order & screw me over?

first off im still waiting for my order, second I sent a Question about how to drain & STILL NO RESPONSE FROM YOU !!!!!

I just bought this item from Ticktock on May 28th used it 4 times and it stop working call customers service chatted on Ticktock and email still waiting on replacement. I'm so disappointed I was told last Monday someone would call me in 2day no call no contact chatted and was told will see tracking and Return label by Monday nothing chatted back only to hear I will recontact shipping. I called today again was told will review and reach out to online support on tictock and I will hear something by tomorrow. I'm feeling sick to my stomach because times are hard I lost my husband a year ago I said this would be something nice I can relax in calm my nerves and it was working and know I cannot use it and back stressing trying to get a replacement

The hot tub I ordered came with 3 holes in it. I tried patching what I could but it won’t hold air. I bought the warranty protection and have filled out multiple emails, including videos of the holes leaking air. I’ve gotten no reply from anyone. I’ve called countless times to get no answer every time. It’s been almost 2 months now of me trying to get ahold of someone to help me and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. Terrible customer service.

I bought a hot tub and used it one month before panel went bad. I emailed them video, receipt, and other info they asked for. They said they would send a replacement but all I got was a new gfi for the end of the cord, which wasn't even the issue. It was the panel itself which was built in the hot tub. I will never purchase another thing from this company!

My item came as described, no items missing, works exactly as it should, and has been dependable so far. Great to work with these types of companies!

Pleasant purchase

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought this hot tub for a bit over $500 including shipping and tax. It stopped working about 7 mos into the one year warranty ( which is a joke by the way). Company would not respond. I’ve tried reaching them thru email, by phone and they refuse to respond.
I’m here to say. Don’t waste your money on this piece of garbage

Unit worked well for almost a year. Then the unit stopped heating received new pump after a few months pump worked great for about 2 months then stopped heating again sent email and haven't gotten a response tried call and got nothing.

Everything went smoothly, Everything works as it should.

Spa arrived with a hole in it. Leaks water at the bottom at the seem. It is unusable. Sent an email with pictures of the damage Tuesday 6-2-26. Have received no response from anyone. Called the “company” and they provided no help. I was asked if I could patch it. Nope. I now have a hot tub that was $550 dollars I can’t use and apparently will not be refunded. Very unhappy do not order from relxtime

Oustanding product! Love it! This is the third portable hot tub I have owned and by far the best. The others were more complicated to operate and quit working within a year. This one is Easy set up and operation and heats up fast. Would buy again.

Was sent the wrong part. Waiting on them to send me the correct part.

I am extremely disappointed with Relxtime’s customer service. I contacted them regarding a problem with my hot tub, but the issue was never resolved. Communication was frustrating, responses were slow, and I was left without a working solution despite reaching out for assistance. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and my experience with Relxtime has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of effective customer support and failure to resolve my issue.

The spa overall is great, with exception of the water temperature not staying hot even with outside temperatures above 85 degrees. When the outside temperature drops, the water temperature will also drop down.
