Only there to protect the company that hires them.
Expect any company that uses this platform will get the investigation result they want. Independence is questionable. They handled a fairly serious matter that I reported and ensured it was covered up for the company. I even suggested where they would find the information that I did not have direct access to. This was a matter that people could have got seriously sick from.

Rely is an ISO 27001 certified software platform that organisations can use for better incident management, including to capture issues, support the investigation process and manage reporting. As the provider of a licensed software product, Rely does not conduct investigations or make decisions regarding how incidents are resolved. That is done by the company that uses the Rely software or an independent, third-party investigator engaged by that company.
