This is my favorite skincare brand . Now the price is amazing but even if it was twice the price, I d struggle to find equally potent skincare on the uk market today. The wonderful packaging, textures , powerful and thought through stack of ingredients in every bottle. Results speak louder but Remedy brings together results, experience and affordability!!! I have fully converted to their anti ageing routine .

I've ordered many times from Remedy and never experienced any issues - until a small one now. After a longer delivery time than usual had passed, I emailed customer service (it turned out that my package got lost). I've never experienced such fast, helpful and friendly customer service. I received a reply within 5 minutes, and a reorder was on its way within 20 minutes - free and with priority shipping. Very happy with this experience!
