Dayana provided outstanding service, making the entire experience smooth while being consistently helpful and delivering an amazing level of care.

I’m just beginning to work with Dayna and David and so this review is a bit premature. But my initial conversations with Dayna have been unfailingly considerate and helpful. In my case, I was looking for a particular type of stone and she went to considerable trouble in providing photographs and descriptions (and a very reasonable quote). And David has provided welcome follow-up. Remembrance Headstones has made a difficult time less so—and I thank them for it.

Working alongside Remembrance Headstone has been an outstanding experience. Having lost a close family member Ericka understood the importance of giving my family and I the best service possible. The company had great detail orientation to our wants and delivered a beautiful headstone of my love one. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional service, good price, and great quality.

The representative that helped us by name Amina was outstanding from beginning to end. She addressed all of the related layouts. We were interested in and gave us the best possible feedback based on our request she worked with us jointly to make sure that my mother‘s headstone was exactly what we wanted to have in every way I went out to visit it and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone interested in getting a Headstone.🎯☑️💐

Last summer I was struggling to decide on a headstone for my husband and partner of thirty years. I was not a fan of the generic stones I saw at the local cemeteries. Then I stumbled on Remembrance Headstones through an internet sear. Their website offers a multitude of designs and well as help in creating a unique design.

The first time I drove the Sacramento to work with Zinaida, I did not really know what I wanted on the headstone. I was both emotional and overwhelmed. Zinaida was very patient with me and encouraged me to take my time. I looked at many designs, and she helped me sketch out a few ideas, but none were hitting the spot. I told her I would have to “do more homework” and then I would return.

After several months, I had an idea of an incredibly unique design and corresponded with Zinaida via email and text message. In September, I drove back up to Sacramento, and we worked to finalize the design. Again, Zinaida was patient and professional with me. They even shared the process they went through to decide on a recent family member’s headstone. The service consultants understand the difficulty and emotional toll of deciding on a forever memorial of a loved one. I happily placed my order with confidence.

This past weekend I was able to see the headstone for the first time. WOW, the pictures Zinaida sent from the installation did not give it full justice. The stone was absolutely beautiful and flawless. My heart was filled with joy of finally (after two+ years) having a memorial headstone for the love of my life that tells a story about his life. I am extremely thankful that I chose Remembrance Headstones for this particularly important item (a piece of art really). Zinaida was pleasant to work with, understanding, empathetic and professional.

Everyone know that after losing a loved one. The process of choosing a cemetery and designing a headstone can be painful and expensive. Remembrance was professional, trustworthy and seamless communication. They worked with me with every detail of the headstone and delivery.
