The description offers 2 insulation types to choose from. They completely ignored the custom note for it and shipped without any notification.

This is after I complained after waiting a week for delivery.

Me:

> I got MW-80-C (155C) insulation and only the outer wire accessible, as if I didn't write a note at all.

I was an account customer who regularly bought wire supplies from Remington. However when I complained about non delivery of a fairly small $180 dollar order, they provided me with a tracking number that didn't work then basically said that I should enquire at the courier's depot to see if the parcel was being 'held'. This was an odd comment if the item had in fact been delivered as they claimed. They were unable to tell me who fulfilled their deliveries in the UK (I'm in London) so I had no idea of which 'depot' to go to, I opened a case with PayPal, but they found in favour of Remington even tough I could provide CCT evidence that no delivery was made when they claimed. Avoid if tou value your money!
