圓該䌁業による蚘述

remodel.pt is Portugal's renovation marketplace built for foreign property owners. The platform matches homeowners with IMPIC-verified, licensed contractors for projects ranging from kitchen refits and bathroom rebuilds to full-property renovations and structural work. Foreign buyers in Portugal face a broken renovation market: unlicensed contractors, opaque pricing, no project accountability, and a language barrier that makes everything harder. remodel.pt solves this by vetting every contractor for valid alvará credentials and insurance, presenting structured quotes for side-by-side comparison, and giving owners milestone-based project tracking with staged payments tied to completed work. The platform serves property owners across Lisbon, Cascais, the Algarve, Porto, the Silver Coast, and the Alentejo. Whether someone has just purchased a fixer-upper or needs to modernize an inherited property, remodel.pt provides the transparency, contractor quality, and project oversight that the Portuguese renovation market lacks.

glad finding this solution

Finding reliable contractors in Portugal can feel like a part-time job, so it was a huge relief to finally come across a service that is actually foreigner-friendly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for my future projects!

Thank you for your review.

We know how overwhelming the search for reliable contractors can be, especially as a foreigner navigating a new country.

Making that process smooth and stress-free is exactly what we set out to do.

We're so glad it worked out that way for you, and we look forward to helping with your future projects too.
