Like most professional tools and services, we charge for advanced features and full-resolution results so we can continue improving and supporting the product.

We do not offer any 0,60 that convert into paid subscriptions. Our platform can be used completely for free without any card details - you're welcome to try it yourself at any time on remove.bg.

We take payment security very seriously, so we’d like to clarify a few important points. remove.bg can be used for free and does not require a card or any payment details.

Card information is only requested if a user actively chooses to purchase HD downloads or a subscription and manually completes checkout. There is no automatic billing, and we don’t have any way to access card details unless they are deliberately entered during a purchase.

Because of this, if no payment was made on remove.bg, any fraudulent card activity would not be connected to our service.

We previously asked for additional details so we could investigate this properly, but we didn’t receive any further information. If you’re able to share the transaction details with our support team, we’ll be happy to take another look.

We're sorry to hear about this charge, but this does not sound like remove.bg.

remove.bg does not charge €49.90 for any of our services. This pricing does not exist in our system, and we do not operate this way.
It sounds like you may have used a different service, but your review was left on remove.bg's page.

You'll want to check your bank statement to identify the actual merchant, then contact them to resolve your billing issue and direct your feedback to the correct company.

Hi there, we’re really glad to hear that you were happy with the quality of the cutouts.

Regarding the credits: we offer two different options — subscriptions and Pay-as-you-go credits, which never expire. In this case, you chose a subscription plan, and as stated in the plan details, subscription credits only remain available while the subscription is active. When the subscription is cancelled, any unused subscription credits expire automatically.

We understand it can be disappointing if this wasn’t what you expected, but the system worked as designed and no credits were taken outside the subscription rules. If you have any questions or need help choosing the best option for your needs in the future, we’re always here to help.
