Poorly Constructed and Managed Online Site

First my order never arrived and Renewgoo said it USPS fault and that it was on me to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts with no resolution, Renewgoo offered a gift card. I ordered five item online (all claiming to be in stock) only to have the order cancelled because the items were either damages or unavailable. I ordered three other items and again, the order was cancelled. Renewgoo then told me that only 35 of the 1000+ items online were able to be ordered. Never again.
